Good Stay, charged twice by hotel and Booking.com. + We loved the location, breakfast and the room was clean and large. We really enjoyed the stay in Charleston − I was charged twice for this hotel. The hotel customer service could not help me even though I was charged once by the hotel for 190 and previously paid 217 through Booking.com. This has resulted in me spending 2 HOURS on my vacation to get this sorted. I am not happy about this and it took calling 4x to get to the right location - the first time I called the hotel, the call dropped, second send me to sales who could not help me, I called accounting and it did not go through and then I finally made it to the front desk who said I have to callbookings. I have attempted 15 times to get to a person to speak to and am now on hold trying to talk to a representative.

This Hyatt location has first class accommodation. + Good location professional and friendly staff clean room and comfortable bed everything is updated full kitchen breakfast included − No privacy if four people stay in one room (no door to separate the bedroom)

+ Made with providing toils − I am very disappointed with my experience during my stay. The parking situation was unacceptable. I was charged $20 per day for parking, yet there was often no available parking for hotel guests to use. In addition, my room was not clean upon arrival. While my vehicle was parked in the hotel parking area, it was scratched and dented. When I reported the incident, there was no manager available on the property to speak with. I was informed that the police would not respond to an accident that occurred in a parking lot and was instructed to email hotel management instead. I was assured by hotel staff that I would receive a response from management by July 7, but I have received no communication or follow-up regarding this matter. The only positive aspect of my stay was that the staff was courteous and responsive when I requested additional towels and toilet paper. Unfortunately, that did not make up for the other significant issues I experienced.

+ Hôtel de chaîne de très bon niveau. On se sent bien dans les chambres. Bus gratuit pour le centre historique devant l'hôtel. Nous sommes arrivés avant 10h00, la chambre n'était pas encore prête (normal) mais on nous a offert le petit déjeuner. SMS envoyé peu avant midi pour nous informer que la chambre était prête. Un plus.

Made Our First Charleston Visit More Unforgettable + We were upgraded to the Lowline and the entire stay, staff, room, and overall experience made our first stay in Charleston more much unforgettable. − The only two bvery minor things were our room view was not great. The TV channels alos did not match the TV guide.

Weekend getaway + Very close to everything − The entrance is very difficult to navigate especially when another car is leaving. And with the amount of people that walk it can be hard not to hit a pedestrian leaving.
