+ I love the location, the beds, and the hot showers!!!! − The inflated price for this room for this weekend was ridiculous. Have booked same room for half the price several times before. In addition to the staff this weekend seemed tired and overworked...no one was super friendly, besides the one cleaning guy on the third floor Saturday morning.

We had a great stay. A little more $ than I would have liked to spend, but it was nice. + It was very nice and clean − I hated the bathroom door. It didn’t allow for much privacy as far as sound

Nice and relaxing + It was downtown and lots to do around! − You have to pay for parking

+ I liked the location − I didn't like having to pay for parking.

Fue “ ok “ + Location 💯 − Los baños estaban sucios , las almohadas muy incómodas

Convenient to downtown Fort Wayne + Convenient to convention center; lots of restaurants within walking distance. Staff was very friendly − one of the two elevators didn't work on Friday; my room faced Jefferson St., so very noisy at night with traffic.

Wonderful + Close to ballpark − Nothing

+ The location was convenient for us in Fort Wayne and the staff was friendly. The bed was also comfortable. − It was very hard to sleep because the road noise was very loud even on the fifth floor. The room also smelled like body odor upon arrival and there was mold/mildew in the shower.

Difficult + Great location, staff & accommodations. − The main street outside our bedroom was used for a road bike drag race as late as 3 am, so very little sleep could be accomplished. After 3 am, there were intermittent periods of this activity as late as 4:30 am.

Not the best example of the chain. + It was clean. Everything worked. The staff were friendly. − We stay in a lot of Hampton’s. This one wasn’t my favorite. The bed was very hard. The pillows were flat. The decorating was too modern for my taste. There wasn’t even a bedside or desk drawer. We had to go down to the lobby and ask to borrow a pen because there weren’t any in the room.

besides check in it was great and the staff was nice + breakfast was good, the area was clean, and the selection was nice. − the front desk clerk when i was checking in was very rude, she had been really nice to the person in front of me, even a little flirty, then when she went to talk to me she was down right rude, i had been waiting for over 20 minutes by the time she started to check me in. then once i had my room card she was DONE with me even though I had more i needed to talk to about and paperwork i needed to give for our tax exemption. She jumped on the phone to call someone before I even turned from the counter, then my room card wouldn't work in the elevator and that was inconvenience to her, and my tv wouldn't work, the maintenance guy that came to work on the TV was very nice and had it taken care of in under 15 minutes.
