Perfect location, great food, great people. + Perfect location for my event. Breakfast every morning was different... and tasty. The staff were very helpful and chatty which I like... because I can talk a lot :) And Rainey Street is literally a 1 minute walk. With multiple live bands playing, multiple food and coffee places, it's a real buzz. − I'm not a city person and the heat in Austin in August/September!! It will kill you. No kidding. You can't walk anywhere... you just can't. So do yourself a favour and plan for a stay between December and January. You can thank me later :) Also the i35 is right outside your door, so wear earplugs at night if you want to sleep soundly.
