+ I had wonderful stay @this beautifully maintained hotel.tha staff were incredibly friendly &always ready to help making our experience even more enjoyable. Tha view is simply stunning with a perfect panorama of tha lake,hills &tha twon of Nuwaraeliya. Tha location is very convenient,just a few minutes away from all tha main attractions. Tha Hotel offers 24 hours hot water &WiFi is available. In tha lobby @any time,tha room was in excellent condition with no broken facilities _everything was just perfect..... We were initially hesitation to book a budget room but this exceeded all our expectations it truly felt like a deluxe experience rather than a budget stay...... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!SKY HAVEN HOTEL GETS A BIG THUMBS UP...

Убраться в номере, а самое главное в ванной. + Персонал максимально вежлив, но лучше бы убрались в номере. Есть горячая вода. − Я все понимаю что ремонт и мебель может устать, но почему нельзя помыть сантехнику мне не понятно. Полотенца 2 более мене , попросили еще два , такое ощущение что ими мыли полы, хотя нет полы там не мытые. Отель на горе , нечего рядом нет, но это ладно. Самое плохое что грязь просто можно помыть , и будет нормальный отель. Поставил 1 чтобы обратили внимание. Но с другой стороны такой грязи не видел во всей Шри ланке. Да еще и холодно но это типо норм.

It was a great value for money and the service was excellent.Mr.Robert in particular was very friendly and helped us a lot. Special thanks to him ❤️ I think it is the best place to relax in Nuwara Eliya. A beautiful place that I would like to come back to.
