dookie + the dog − I hated the water it smelled like eggs the bed was breaking easily the fridge smelled bad it was very humid in the room

the worst apartment i ever seen + nothing − it was cold it didn't have heating the heating was broken we found hair everywhere and there was stains on the bed and we didn't sleep all night long and it stank and there was dead bugs everywhere it didn't have nothing in there this was the worst experience in my life

Neodporúčam, konverzácia s ubytovatelkou z jej strany nepríjemná, povýšenecká , neuctiva. Chceli sme im dať šancu aj nap + Nič, nebolo nám umožnené sa ubytovať

+ Len okolie mimo obytovania. − Uz od zaciatku to bolo zle. Majitelka nedvihala telefon, chatovala len na bookingu, co by ma nikdy nenapadlo a to stale cestujeme cez booking. Len mi napisala na booking, ze som jej neodpisala, se odchadza. Akoze sme pol hodinu tam cakali a ona by bola schopana vobec nas neubytovat. Arogantna majitelka ziadala odo mna aby som sa ospravedlnila, ze som nevidela jej spravu na bookingu. Nakoniec sme sa ale dostali dnu, len vdaka videu, ktore Vam posle lebo nema na plote ani popisne cislo, ani nazov ubytovania. Ubytovanie je v povodnej garazi, ktore prerobila na ,,akoze" izbu. Fotografie zavadzaju, virivka je len jej sukromna, ako aj vyhlad ma len ona zo svojho domu. Pred garazou je len male skromne posedenie, ked sedite vonku, snima Vas kamera, aj s nocnym videnim, nedaj Boze, nahrava aj zvuk, co uz je proti zakonne! Vyhlad? Na majitelkine auto a na sutinu... Vo vnutri: jedna izba, postel OK, kuchyna, len varna doska, vsetok riad len po 2 ks, aj pribory. La…

− The accommodation is shared with the owner, in same building There is no separate garden, one entrance Based on the pictures where the jacuzzi is, there is no garden no jacuzzi Based on the description and pictures, there is an oven, but there is none, the place is empty The bathroom is so small that you have to shower directly in front of the toilet The blackout curtains on the windows are completely transparent when you turn on the lights, they don't cover anything As described, the dog fee is 10 euros/day I paid 15 euros, but for dogs over 10 kg they charge 20 euros There are a lot of spiders everywhere I don't know when the windows were last cleaned and in the corners of the room I think the room was originally built as for a garage

− Veľké sklamanie – skutočnosť bola úplne iná ako na fotografiách v ponuke. Podľa fotografií sme očakávali čisté, pekné a dobre vybavené ubytovanie. Realita však bola úplne iná. S čistotou bol vážny problém – vo viacerých miestnostiach boli pavučiny a veľké pavúky, v kuchyni boli mastné a špinavé panvice a riad. Rúra bola vybratá z kuchynskej linky, takže sa nedala používať. Aj na malých oknách boli viditeľné čierne nečistoty. Jedálenský stôl sme nemohli používať, pretože sa na ňom sušila levanduľa. Sľubovaný výhľad sme nemali k dispozícii. O tom, že používanie jacuzzi stojí 25 € za hodinu navyše, sme sa dozvedeli až po tom, čo sme sa na to sami opýtali. Terasa bola navyše monitorovaná kamerou, čo nám bolo veľmi nepríjemné a narušovalo to náš pocit súkromia. Problémy sme sa snažili riešiť s ubytovateľom aj prostredníctvom Booking.com, ale nedostali sme žiadnu uspokojivú odpoveď. Ani na uvedenom telefónnom čísle sa nám nepodarilo situáciu vyriešiť. Dodnes sme nedostali žiadne riešen…

Plne spokojná so všetkým + Ubytovanie bolo novo vybavené, čisté. Pekné prostredie pre pár ktorý si chce ísť oddýchnuť niekde mimo mestského hluku. Majiteľka bola tiež veľmi milá a ochotná. Na všetko odpovedala hneď. Vírivka čistá pekná a cez Nov krásny výhľad na osvietenú Bratislavu.
