If there is no were else to go, you may find a last minute bed here. + Altough we stayed on the 5th floor without stairs, it is a spacious apartment, so the first impression was alright. Good points: hot water worked (almost to my surprise). Beds are ok. − Then we found out there is no working TV. The host did not care at all. - In the shower hangs a dangerous defect hair dryer - Lights in the kitchen do not work - There is a random hole in the wall Generally a total lack of care for the place. - There is an iron board, but no iron to be found - The water pressure is low in the heating system - No water cooker in the kitchen - Not enough kitchen utensils to host the 4-6 people - Malfuctioning induction plate (scary sound of sizling electricity) - No shampoo Parking was paid. We found out it was somewhere on the booking page, but just the small dollar sign next to the parking logo indicates it is paid. An unpleasant $25 surprise, because for the rate we paid we ass…

Ne recommandons pas. + le lit est bon, la douche est bonne. − le logement situé dans une maison vieille et délabrée; accès par escalier étroit et difficile ; photos trompeuses sur le site; donne à penser qu'il s'agit d'un bien dans un immeuble moderne/actualisé. Peu de points de lumière, pour lire p.ex. Kitchenette très peu fournie/équipée Casseroles limite, très usées. Télévision seulement accessible avec WIFI.

+ Lit confortable − L'état global de l'appartement est vraiment médiocre, le sol et les murs nécessitent un bon rafraîchissement et le tout était à peine propre. Les lits ne correspondent pas à la photo. Nous avions 3 lits simples pas de la même hauteur. Un coin cuisine avec aucun élément pour cuisiner. Les placards étaient vides. La salle de bain est équipée d'une douche avec rideau, d'un lave main et d'un toilette qui fuit. Aucun endroit pour faire sécher les serviettes. L'appartement est séparé des voisins par une simple porte d'intérieur condamnée avec du papier dans la serrure. Nous entendions les voisins parler et de la lumière passait dans l'encadrement. De plus, une odeur de tabac se dégageait de cette porte.

It was all right for a short stay + The apartment was clean The reception was okay There are alot of places to eat in the neighbourhood − The apartment is in an old building There was a heater that was too high and it could not be switched off. Even the receptionist could not switched it off. He did offer to move us to another room but it was too late for us. The apartment was like a sauna upon entering the apartment

В цілому, зупинитись можна) Розетки, холодильник, плита, мікрохвильова працюють. + Охайний ремонт в кімнаті. Нові та чисті спальні місця, в кімнаті 3 окремі ліжка. WiFi та телевізор працювали відмінно − Потребує оновленого ремонту душова кімната та кухня.
