Ridiculous + They picked up the phone well − Be aware that this stay, even if you paid upfront, can give your room away to someone else just because you arrived later than planned. I thought that as I have paid for a private bathroom family room, I would receive it once I arrive. My bad I guess. And they don't want to refund.

Would stay again for the location: next to the train station AND a great food market on your way + Great communication with the hosts, they always answered my texts as soon as possible. The place was perfectly clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. Nice living dining area. Loved loved loved the location. Close to the train station, safe neighborhood, and on your way from the train station there's a market with lots of different restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops. Didn't need to go far for dinner or lunch and some of them would open until late. − Like in most hostels in Korea I've stayed the mattress was hard and the linen kind of like plastic, but by far not the worst I've had.
