The hotel rooms need some renovation For sure ,even with the great location + Great location👍🏾 − The manager wasn’t there at 10 pm when we arrived and the guard who doesn’t speak any English tried to check us in. Strong fungus smell stayed in each room, once it was unlocked, crowd at the pool didn’t let sleep at nights like it was their private property. Otherwise, great understanding stuff who will let you do late check out for only 4000 INR

Much more better on photos than in reality. + Location, pretty nice exterior. − The staff at the welcoming and leaving. We booked a room with separate beds but it was not available. We had to argue to make the staff prepare us the room with two separate beds. When leaving the receptionist didn’t let us take shower at swimming pool exterior shower / or use the exterior space to wait for our taxi.. the hotel needs renovation.

A lovely resort right on the beach in morjim + We had a great stay at the property . It was exactly how it was shown , the location is amazing with just few steps you are right on the beach , breakfast served daily was great and right on there shack overlooking the ocean . The reception , housekeeping and team was very prompt and polite with all basic requirements. The swimming pool is well maintained . I recommend and definitely would be our first choice while returning back to Morjim .

Superb + Excellent location is the main highlight of this property, It is bang on the beach and it's restaurant The Last Shack is very good. The quality of food really needs appreciation. − Wifi connectivity can be better. Room service needs to be improved.

Приезжайте и отдыхайте...🤗💥 + Месторасположение,пляж рядом,номера вполне комфортные в стиле сибирских баз отдыха😉 − Организация питания🙁 в связи с тем ,что в кафе напротив производился ремонт, обедали в конференс зале(?!) ну и видимо отсутствие кафе,кстати реклама которого находится на каждом шагу😛,также сказалось на отсутствии шезлонгов на пляже....😂 И ещё один недостаток- неудобные подушки

In restrospect, would have chosen another option + Close to the beach − Staff behavior: both guys: receptionist and the security could have behaved better. Felt that they were not polite enough. The property was stinking at certain times. We had to park our car near stinking garbage bags. The buildings and rooms seemed shabby and worn down. Finesse missing.

Один раз съездить можно ) + В целом всё очень неплохо, номера простые но чистые, уборку делают каждый день, главное оставлять ключ на ресепшен. Водичку питьевую приносят каждый день! Чайник, холодильник, кондиционер - есть.Вода горячая тоже ) завтраки однообразные, но что-то выбрать для себя можно. Есть блюда национальной кухни, но они достаточно острые. Ухоженная придомовая территория, доброжелательный персонал ! Очень хорошее от отеля , все блюда по меню достаточно вкусные , особенно кальмары ! Рядом с отелем много сувенирных магазинчиков. Пляж чистый , есть шезлонги. До обеда они бесплатные, после - уже за деньги, но они действуют как депозит на их кафе. Море тёплое) В целом очень всё не плохо, если не гулять далеко за пределы территории отеля, там вас ждет мусор, грязь и коровы )))

+ Грязно а номере, постель вся в пятнах, паутина, слышимость как будто в одной комнате с тобой находятся соседи 🫣 − Персонал на ресепшене. Грубые, разговаривают пренебрежительно, неприветливые. В первый раз жизни вижу такое отношение.

Все понравилось. Отель оправдал ожидания. + Шикарный Завтрак в Шейке, через дорогу от отеля на берегу Индийского Океана. Расположение отеля, отличное. Рядом с пляжем. Номер был Огромный с вентилятором и кондиционером. Большой балкон с видом на бассейн. Отель предоставляет Пляжные Полотенца! Интернет в номере работал хорошо. − На Рецепции сидел не очень приятный Мужчина, обращались к нему несколько раз, был не особо дружелюбен.

Property not maintained - stained, dirty, smelling bedsheets and pillow covers. + The location is excellent the beach is just across the road. − The property is not maintained at all.. We were allotted room no 501, on the ground floor, most of the tiles were broken and shook when we walked over it. One doesn't know when the bathroom tiles were washed, toilet seat was broken. The beddings were stinking. I had to request the housekeeping staff to change the sheets and the pillow covers, yet again they brought stained and smelly sheets and pillow covers. To my surprise the staff did not even know how to tuck the sheets.. The hotel restaurant TLS is bang on the beach, the decor is nice but the restaurant is full of flies, we spent half of the time keeping them away instead of enjoying our food. Requesting the management to pay attention to the feedbacks received from customers. Made a mistake by choosing Shaan COCO, the pics of the hotel are deceptive!!
