Perfect location for our stay in Milan! + Lorenzo was very proactive and met us on time to help us to the apartment. The place was just as depicted. Cleaning staff came daily to ensure the place was tidy and clean. Perfect location within walking distance of all locations in the city. Highly recommend this location and will definitely stay again. Perfect! + Our room was a good size, the bed very comfortable, with a large bathroom. The kitchen and lounge are only shared with one other room. So many extras provided, including drinks, cereals, milk, yoghurt etc. A typical Italian breakfast served at the bakery with all the locals. A great neighbourhood and easy to walk everywhere. Lorenzo was a great host and easy to communicate with. We would highly recommend this accommodation.

A wonderful choice in Milan + This is a well located, very comfortable small apartment. The rooms were super clean, with a generously stocked kitchen, and the beds were very comfortable. The check in was easy and communication was excellent. Breakfast is provided at a restaurant nearby. It’s a great value for Milan. I highly recommend.

Wir würden wieder kommen! Danke Lorenzo für Ihre Freundlichkeit und Gastfreundlichkeit! + Wir hatten die Junior Suite mit Balkon zu dritt. Uns hat es gefallen, wir würden wieder kommen vor allem wegen des Parkhauses und des bequemen Doppelbettes, sowie der Freundlichkeit des Gastgebers mit unkompliziertem Check-In nach Kontakt per Telefon bei Ankunft. Außerdem der großzügigen Ausstattung der Minibar/Küche und Badartikel. − Bei Körpergröße jenseits der 1,75m ist die Dusche zu niedrig. Da man sich Eingang zur Wohnung und Küche teilt, kann das störend sein, falls man laute Nachbarn hat. Bei uns waren es rücksichtsvolle 2 Personen. Das Personal in der Frühstücksbar ist eher unfreundlich. Gegen Aufpreis 5 Euro kann man amerikanisches Frühstück mit Eiern, Pankakes bekommen. Das war okay. Ansonsten bekommt man italienisches Frühstück. Ebensogut kann man sich dann aber auch selbst in der eigenen Küche Kaffee brühen. Der Vollautomat in der Wohnung hat am 2. Frühstückstag besseren Kaffee gemach…

It was a wonderful welcome to Milan. Great area, lovely people and very comfortable. + We really liked the location. Despite the main entrance being on quite a big road it opened into a lovely old courtyard with plants. Where the room was situated was very quiet. We appreciated access to kitchen facilities and it was lovely to have a door/window to the central courtyard. It was a really safe feeling area to walk down into the centre from and lots of lovely quiet streets with restaurants and shops to explore nearby. We felt that it was a lucky find to stay here. It was also great to have Lorenzo meet us and show us how everything worked. Being greeted by him made us feel relaxed and welcomed. We also liked that the breakfast was in the cafe downstairs and that they could accommodate our bags for us while we went to explore some of Milan. − We can’t think of anything!
