Wonderful, Homely, Comfortable, good staff + The staff was extremely polite and good. She was an Indian lady "Pradeep". She was so nice. As we arrived, she immediately provided drinking water, some biscuits, cookies, etc. A fan was also provided due to the London Heat Wave. The room was comfortable for a family of 4. The hotel bar-restaurent was closed due to lack of customers or other reasons but there were so many restaurents and bars nearby that this was not a matter. There was a market, mall and many shopping place nearby. The bus stand was only about 150m away so communication wise it was excellent. The train station was also very near so reaching Heathrow Airport or going to London City was not all a problem. − Nothing as such. I liked the Hotel.

Location, Location, Location + The hotel is designed to deliver a decent night's sleep on the way to or from Heathrow - and that's exactly what it does. Apart from the size of rooms/bed/bathroom (see below), it's one of a few regular Hounslow Central hotels I rely on (depending on price at the time). It's clean; there's a kettle for tea/coffee; fresh towels; comfortable bed ... and a stone's throw from Hounslow Central Tube station (+ local pubs/restaurants/supermarkets). − There's no room to swing a cat in the rooms. But what you get is reasonable quality at a (sometimes) reasonable price in an (almost) unbeatable location. I happily return when travelling.

+ el personal excelente dispuestos siempre ayudar en lo que los clientes necesiten .muy amables − todo super bien .la cama muy confortable pero el baño un poco estrechó deberían cambiar la puerta de cristal de la ducha por una corredizas para ganar más espacio .

A cracker of place + My stay was a last minute booking due to a cancellation of a job, so I needed a bed for the night by Heathrow. I was definitely not disappointed with my choice. Alex, the owner/ host, was so accommodating to my requirements for the night. It wasn't that busy, so he upgraded me to a Premier room at no extra cost. The room was compact, but well presented, even down to the bespoke and very comfortable monogrammed bed linen!!!! Alex had catered for me with a lovely homemade meal, and even stayed late to have a drink and friendly conversation late into the evening. A little gem in a hectic part of London. − Not much tbh.

Not good for the price. + The room.wasnt clean, staff very unhelpful and impolite and too expensive for what you get the double room was tiny could barely open my Large suitcase.Due to rhe bed being too large. Not a pleasant stay. − Many things

Lovely clean and the staff were brilliant. Super helpful and would definitely go back again if needed. + Was very clean and comfortable − It didn’t have a lift but the staff were brilliant and arranged for our bags to be carried upstairs so wasn’t a problem
