+ Good value clean room − Could do with trying to clean up area around hotel working with the council as lots of rough sleepers on roads close by

Good, addition of power and phone adapters would make it great. + Value, location, clean − There were no adapters available to plug 120 volt appliances into the outlets. Also, no USB adapters to charge cell phones. The hotel is behind most of its' competitors on this topic.

As usual ! very good + Wir sind Stammgäste, die oft in dieser Hotelkette übernachten. Der Preis ist sehr preisgünstig für Familien und alles, was wir brauchen, ist vorhanden. Vor allem der Wasserkocher, die Teesorten, der Instantkaffee und der Haartrockner. Die Zimmer sind sauber und die Betten bequem. Der Lobbybereich ist eines der Highlights für uns, wo wir uns unterhalten, Zeit miteinander verbringen, Getränke genießen und Karten spielen können. Das Frühstück ist sehr zufriedenstellend. Es gibt eine große Auswahl: kleine Brötchen, Croissants, Fruchtmarmeladen, Müsli, Schinken, Gemüse, Obstsalat und Joghurt. Zudem gibt es viele interessante Teesorten, Kaffee, Kakao, gekochte Eier, Rührei, Baked Beans, Wurst und Bacon. Es gibt sogar Oatly Barista sowie laktosefreie Milch. Für einen Erwachsenen und zwei Kinder unter 14 Jahren (die kostenlos mitessen) ist es mit einem Preis von 18 Euro absolut preisgünstig − Umgebung am Wochenende könnte zu laut sein.

Fantastic area. Close enough to city centre but heaps of amazing restaurants close by. + Great location - 10-15 minute walk into the city centre. So many amazing restaurants close by, from all corners of the world. Great sustainability practices used at the property.

Gran hotel en una zona muy poco recomendable. + La amabilidad de los trabajadores,las instalaciones y la cercanía a la estación central y el tranvía. − La zona está llena de vagabundos y gente con mala apariencia. Es una pena porque el hotel está muy bien,pero sobretodo si se va con niños y especialmente por la noche,las calles de los alrededores no tienen el mejor ambiente.

Fantastic hotel, as always with Premiere Inns! Frankfurt is not for me! + Fantastic, comfy bed, friendly staff, everything you need, lovely breakfast. − The place it is in, we got there later when it was dark and on a Saturday night. The streets were full of people drinking (which wasn’t the problem), homeless people, people begging, a strange feeling, i didn’t feel it was safe and couldn’t wait to get to our hotel. I think all in all if you know what to expect in Frankfurt city then you are fine. As a first time to Frankfurt I was quite shocked. It just had a strange feeling about the place. The day after, was the aftermath of the night before.

Hotel gut. Umgebung na ja + Die Lage in der Nähe zum Bahnhof war gut. Ebenso Zimmer und das Personal. − Die Umgebung am Bahnhof ist nicht so toll und manchmal sehr laut. Aber das ist bekannt.

Super + Personal sehr nett und können etwas gebärden, kümmert sich um alles, da wir Gäste gehörlos sind. Uns sehr wohl getan − Nur draußen ein Stück Weg ein bisschen unheimlich, aber Nähe Bahnhof normal. Ich war aber nicht allein, mit einer Freundin zusammen gelaufen.
