onsen was great and staff was helpful + breakfast and dinner is okay. we expected a more tailor experience but the waiter was keep rushing you to finish every single meal, overall experience not perfect compare to other onsen hotel we went − keep rush customers to finish their meal. privacy also not great and customers can see through each other

ロケーションと食事が良い + ホテルというかコテージのような感じで小じんまりしている。部屋は広くてゆっくりできた。食事も大変良かった。 − タオル薄っぺらい。 部屋にスリッパがなかった。

A relaxing resort + the meals are quite good, the staff are friendly, they offer pick up service at the station to the resort. − The furniture and resort decor are a bit outdated. They only provide two towels per person, which isn't enough if you plan to visit the hot springs multiple times a day. To make matters worse, they charge extra for additional towels, which we found unacceptable.

リピートしたくなる宿です。 + 比較的新しく、スタッフの対応の良さが目立ちました。至る所に心配りがされており、料理も趣向を凝らした大変満足できるものでした。 − 貸し切りで利用出来る露天風呂に入りましたが途中、お湯が出なくなりました。その後お伝えするとスタッフが素早く対応はしていたみたいです。また脱衣所の時計もわざとであるか解りませんが、止まっています。

快適 + 綺麗でオシャレな作りで、とても良かったです。 温泉は熱かったけど、肌がツルツルになりました！ 食事をするところから由布岳も見えて気分よく食事出来ました。 スタッフの方は外国の方がほとんどでしたが、皆さん若いのにとても親切でした。 帰りも写真を撮ってくれたり、最後の最後まで手を振ってくれたり、可愛くてとても嬉しかったです。 − 自分たちが食事するテーブルはエアコンの風が届かなくてちょっと暑かったです。
