+ Location is perfect. Right by the freeway, shopping but far enough away where its quiet and peaceful. − The pool was freezing. This whole trip was centered around taking the kids swimming. Water was to cold for the adults to get in or the kids to comfortably enjoy it.

もう少しお金を出して他のホテルを選ぶべき。 + スーパーや飲食店が近く便利 − ベッドや枕はおそらく前の客から交換されていないと感じるほど汚れや、臭いがついていた。トイレの便器も清掃が行き届いていない。一週間泊まったが部屋の清掃は一度もなかった。朝食は値段に対して質、量共に最悪。提供時間が短く、週末は朝食の提供がない。wifiは接続が不安定。ランドリーは、洗濯機と乾燥機が1台づつしかなく、客室の数に対して足りて無い。アメニティは質が悪い。客室のコンセントが緩く、殆ど使えない。テレビが古い。シャワーの温度調整が難しく、水圧は非常に弱い

Was good, in a pinch. + Close to home during extended power outage. − Dated. Wallpaper around shower was peeling, tub was so slippery, I almost fell, reserved deluxe room so that we would have microwave but there was nothing microwave. On second night, our room keys were deactivated so had to go back to the front desk to reactivate. Not enough towels and front desk said they didn’t have more. Also there were no more towels in the pool area.

+ Pet friendly, the staff was exceptional. Our font desk clerk was very helpful with extending our stay − Honestly everything was great, if I had any complaint it would be the pool was cold...other than that everything was accommodating and great.
