+ Location and cleanliness − No one was at the front desk after my long drive. I had to wait for 5 - 10 minutes.

HORRIBLE! + The location was about the only thing that was convenient. The staff was Okay. − I booked my hotel stay at this hotel thinking that it would be a great experience, I must say that I was HIGHLY disappointed with this hotel. I was ready to check out a few hours into getting there. The hotel is not up to date, the rooms looked like they has not been properly cleaned or cared for in months. I have an autistic son who LOVES swimming and was so upset because the pool was not open/operable..it looked unclean and not sanitized had greasy film and leaves floating on top of the pool(even after confirm with the staff upon check in and was told that it is working). What really took the cake for us was when we woke up the next morning and there was NO WATER we couldn't shower, cook, or anything I called the front desk{who took way too long to answer calls} just to be told nonchalantly that the water was cut off that morning because work was being done to the sewer lines so it'll be a …

Marriott can do better. For the price point, it didn't quite live up to expectations. + Fairly good breakfast with a very attentive attendant for that. Checkin was pretty good. If a kitchen was needed the room was very well equipped. − Bad mattress leading to backache. Marginal neighborhood with people loitering around parking lot. Had to call out vocally to get front desk help 100% of the time during at least one shift.

Overall it’s okay however the walls are to thin cause I could hear my neighbor at night snoring loud an I had to leave m + It was good − The parking area is to small a parking taken a not so secure in the back to park when your by yourself as a female it’s a little scary.

Need to improve the breakfast as we are paying handsome anount for stay + The studio was good and basic appliances − Initially the toilet was not clean but later they changed our room immediately. The breakfast was below average, there were no continental options and no vegetarian options. Only orange juice was there, no fresh yogurt either. No fruits as well.
