9/10 + The selection of food for breakfast was amazing, exciting was clean, the staff was friendly, and we felt very welcome there. Didn't get to use the pool or anything, my own fault. − The only issue I had was no fan in the bathroom. We were in 416. Not sure if it just wasn't working or wasn't an option. We did not think to report it.

Best motor hotel I have enjoyed in a long time + Roomy comfortable suite, great breakfast, and extremely convenient to many things − If I had a complaint, it would be the feeling that I had to park in someone else’s lot.

Nice place to explore Cincinnati from + Excellent location, nice pool, great breakfast, lots of things to do nearby − Credit card was charged twice but luckily the issue could be resolved. Lesson learnt should be for the staff at front desk to not rush things - wait a minute or two to see if the card worked before asking the customer to insert again, when the customer told that it had worked the first time
