+ Location was great. It was very quiet -- we were on bottom floor and didn't hear anyone above us. Room was roomy and clean and the TV even greeted us by name when we entered.

+ They graciously checked me in early. − Bathtub drain clogged up the tub with water. They need to run a snake down the drain and fix the plumbing.

Deluxe comfort, quiet stay and many amazing features! + The rooms have all recently been renovated and the beds were SO comfortable. It was quiet, we had a room to one end on the 4th floor and it was wonderful! Honestly, this was probably the most comfortable bed I have slept in outside of a luxury hotel! The staff were very friendly, and the showers and products were all top notch! We only stayed for one night, but the room was set up nicely and there were plenty of plug ins and a huge TV. − The elevator was a little slow. But not a huge deal.

It was okay for a night. But the brand name, and the price, I expected more + Good location. − AC unit sounded like something was trying to get out. Scratching noise. Door on bathroom is bad idea. Won’t close all the way. Has an obscure glass??? At night, lights up the room…bad design.

Overpriced, chlorinated - would not come back. + Staff was friendly − Chlorine smell in the lobby and hall - crazy. If you have chlorine sensitivity - stay away from this place. Company is too cheap to get decent chairs for its night shift - employees visibly uncomfortable with that. Way overpriced for the offering. Pool seriously needs to be better insulated from the public areas.
