A bit too out of the way + Hotel was a touch too far away from the downtown. On a main road, however manageable. Good value for the price.

Good location hotel near super high way,Chiangmai + I holded my business trip by staying in this hotel for 11 nights. The hotel had a good location, quite area and friendly staffs. Even if there was no breakfast anymore, but I was feel good to stay here.

+ Loved the property very accommodating. There was some mold in the bathroom. There is not much in the surrounding area.

Bring your gas mask! + Overall the room was spartan, on par with a 2 star hotel. The staff spoke very little English. My room was on the 2nd floor. There are signs stating no smoking, but my room in the evenings was inundated with cigarette smoke. Upon checkout I advised the lobby staff, they just smiled and handed me my receipt. I don't think they understood. That's my first and last stay at a B2.
