Not recommended at all + Excellent location and generous staff − The bathroom doesn't have a separate dry and wet zone, therefore the whole room is being flooded after a few minutes of showering. The toilet flush was also leaky. The mattress was also horrible, especially for side sleepers.

Exceptional + The staffs are very friendly and helpful <3 the bed is comfy, the toilet is clean, the location is exactly infront of kimyong market and walkable to lee garden. love love love this place <3 − no lift :( just stairs and the common area is level 5 :(

+ Budget, clean − Noisy, sound from outside room from others people talking even after 11pm. Bed was really a challenge for us to climb up event adults or kids. Room was kind of average size which lack of space movement.

It is perfect for a short stay 1-2 nights! + Location is great. Kim Yong market is nearby along with 7 Eleven and they are all walking distance. Rooms are clean. − The rooms are a little small and the water pressure of the shower is underwhelming. But overall, it was a pleasant one-night stay.
