    Great location. Needs updating. + The location. I know the area so was perfect. − The apartment is in need of upgrading. It's tired and old. Kitchen units broken. Window in bedroom let wind in. Shower was not clean. Walls marked. Could have once been great but needs investment. Pillows marked and hard.
