Sofia , molto bella. + Posizione ottima per visitare la citta. Mezzi pubblici e supermercati a due passi è dir troppo. Appartamento ottimo per 2 persone , in quattro diventa piccolo. − Mancanza in generale di stoviglie , pentola (una sola e bruciata ) , padelle ( una sola piccola e rovinata ) , strofinaccio , sapone per lavare i piatti , insomma il minimo per poter cucinare. Bagno tropo troppo piccolo. Per fare la doccia è necessario spostare tutto dal bagno altrimenti si bagna , inoltro poco luminoso e freddo ( almeno d'inverno ) . Riscaldamento ottimo per la parte superiore , anche troppo per il soppalco , inefficiente per il resto dell'appartamento , essendo freddo ho dovuto usare il forno come fonte di riscaldamento. Però per qualche gg in coppia e senza pretese ottima sistemazione.

Molto sporco. Cucina talmente sporca da essere inutilizzabile. NON CONSIGLIO! + La posizione era centrale e molto vicino alla fermata della metro. − Il letto era estremamente scomodo. La pulizia generale lascia a desiderare, con pavimenti e mobili sporchi. In particolar modo la cucina era totalmente inutilizzabile. Piatti e posate sporchi, pentole incrostate e unte. Abbiamo trovato una pirofila di vetro completamente unta, sporca è disgustosa. La teglia del forno non era da meno. Considerato che abbiamo scelto questo alloggio principalmente per la cucina, abbiamo fatto presente all’host la situazione inaccettabile. La risposta ricevuta è stata “è possibile che gli ospiti precedenti abbiamo lasciato qualche piatto sporco”. Insomma l’host non ha fatto nulla per migliorare la situazione e anzi ha sminuito il problema. Sconsiglio in generale l’appartamento, ma in particolar modo se avete necessità della cucina.

Nos han dejado tirados − Llegamos a Sofía por la tarde y teníamos el check-in programado entre las 18:00 y las 19:00. En Booking indicaba que habría una persona esperándonos en el alojamiento, pero cuando llegamos no había nadie y tampoco respondían a los mensajes. Después de esperar casi media hora, finalmente recibí una llamada en la que me dijeron que las instrucciones estaban enviadas por el chat de Booking. Revisé la aplicación y no había ningún mensaje ni ningún código de acceso. La atención recibida fue muy desagradable. Fueron antipáticos y poco profesionales, y después de discutir un rato nos dieron el código de mala gana. Cuando conseguimos acceder, descubrimos que la caja de llaves estaba vacía porque el alojamiento ya estaba ocupado por otros huéspedes, a pesar de que yo ya había pagado la reserva previamente por Booking. Lo peor fue que, en lugar de ofrecernos una solución, simplemente nos dijeron que llamáramos nosotros mismos a Booking porque no podían alojarnos. …

+ Ubytovani bylo ciste, libila jsem mi nachystána studena voda v lednici, apartman byl nachystany na cas, ktery byl domluveny. Klimatizace rozhodne prisla vhod. Taky velmi dobra lokalita. − Rucniky mohly byt voňavější, ale to je detail.

Студио с атмосфера! + Много приятно място декорирано с много вкус и усет. Хареса ни атмосферата и интериора. Избрахме го заради локацията, която ни трябваше за нашите цели - близо до жп и автогара и до метростанция. Безконтактното настаняване и освобождаване също бяха една от причините да го изберем. Тъй като бяхме с минимален престой не сме ползвали кухненския бокс, но има такъв. − Макар да е красиво подредено и декорирано си личи следата на времето, някои повърхности се нуждаят от подновяване. Банята е доста мъничка, но това са незначителни минуси. Може би и вътрешната вита стълба към спалнята ще е предизвикателство за някой възрастен или малко дете. Според мен студиото е подходящо по-скоро за млади хора.

Avoid this place at all costs! Do not be fooled by the buried horror stories. + The absolute best part of the entire stay was finally leaving − Avoid at all costs! Don't be foolish by ignoring the previous reviews of horror like I stupidly did. The apartment is soaked in severe humidity. Pillows, towels, the sofa are ruined by a sickening damp odor—the towels are unusable. The hosts left the ground-floor window semi-open behind closed blinds due to the moisture, leaving the place completely exposed in a such A NEIGHBOORHOOD. The bathroom is a total catastrophe. The showerhead points directly at the toilet (20–25 cm apart), flooding the floor instantly. The wash-basin measures just 20x10 cm, making it impossible to wash your face without soaking the room. The damp mop has nowhere to dry, forcing you to wipe floors with towels. Be ready to get your own towels. Check-in is a disaster. Instructions are not sent proactively and are extremely confusing. Struggling with the key box…

Super lokalizacja. + W obiekcie było czysto i przestronnie jak na tą powierzchnię. Świetna lokalizacja, blisko metro, punkty gastronomiczne. Jak na mieszkanie w centrum w nocy było bardzo cicho. − Niestety w nocy zaczęliśmy szukać dostępu do Wi-Fi i nie znaleźliśmy żadnej informacji.
