Good value for money, but lacks maintenance + Overall, it was fine. The location is excellent—the neighborhood is safe and quiet with convenient access to bus stations and major grocery shops. The apartment includes a desk suitable for laptop work. − In general, the apartment is lacking basic maintenance: - Upon arrival, the refrigerator was non-functional and defrosted during the night, causing water to spill on the floor the next morning. - Taps in the apartment dispense hot water immediately after cold water with minimal adjustment. - The bathroom cabinet doors are broken (both under and above the sink). - Some of the wall outlets are loose and falling out. - One of the pillows has a strong cigarette smoke odor. - The kitchen window falls out of its frame when opened to the top. - Both the sink drain and washing machine filter are clogged.

If you don't have smell, this is a good accommodation. + Private parking and location was good. Owner had good instructions how to get to the property. Internet was good as well. − The smell in the house is, for me, horrible. If you have a sensitive nose, I do not recommend this accommodation. The fridge wasn't clean from the inside. The TV has weird flickering when on bright backgrounds. There were stains on the pillow and bed it self (not the sheets). There were no curtains to block out the sunlight. Also the blinds were a bit broken. Bathroomfloor gets soaked if you have a shower. Anyway, I left after 2 nights of the 4...

+ Много приятно изживяване! Апартаментът беше изключително чист, уютен и добре оборудван. Локацията е удобна, а комуникацията с домакина беше бърза и лесна. Всичко отговаряше на описанието и се чувствахме много комфортно по време на престоя си. С удоволствие бихме отседнали отново. Препоръчвам!

Нам всё очень понравилось! Расположение именно там, где мы и хотели. Всё полностью соответствует описанию. С удовольстви + Очень просторно, всё как на фото ,без обмана. Атмосфера приятная, находиться здесь было комфортно. − Стиральная машина,плохо работает.

+ Хареса ми, че имаше всичко необходимо. − Не ми хареса, че беше мръсно и захабено. В банята шкафа беше счупен. Едната врата между стаите я нямаше. Пода беше много мръсен, а нямаше еднократни чехли. Ютията беше под всякаква критика- пускаше черно при гладене. От мястото за настаняване ни изпращаха указания с ултимативен характер. Комуникацията ни не беше каквото би ми харесала.
