Great view, good location. All good. + Good price/value ratio; city view was perfect. Keys were in a locker box at arrival, so it was pretty smooth. Hosts written communication was fool-proof, clear instructions, easy to get in. I haven't seen the host; there was no reason for that. Free, good-quality coffee for everyone is a lifesaver in the morning. Great move, thank you for that! :) − Upholstered bed even in the head and feet area. It really depends on the person if like it or not. Tall people won't like it. The stairway is a little noisy, but it's still acceptable.

Pensione super comoda e in una posizione perfetta! + La camera era dotata di tutti i comfort e il personale ha sempre accolto ogni nostra richiesta. La parte più bella dell'esperienza è stata la presenza della terrazza su due piani della struttura, a cui si poteva accedere in qualsiasi momento, con una vista fantastica sul fiume!

房間簡單、乾淨，地點方便 + 地點很方便，我們開車直接在門口下行李，我們訂了一間3人房，進門就到，廚房在旁邊，有咖啡、茶，冰箱，另外一間在樓上，2人房，房間簡單、乾淨，價錢便宜 − 大門的鑰匙被人拿走，我們在門口等了一下，後來遇到其他住客回來，我們才能進入拿到房間鑰匙，拿走鑰匙的人很不道德，希望每個住客都能做個稱職的旅人

I was little bit disappointed compared to our past stay in neighboring pensions. + Kitchen was plus but not very convenient, one story up. Small fridge in the room would help. Bathroom was only plus in that room. Balcony was nice but again far from the room. Not very convenient set up overall. However, communication with the staff was great, no problem to get in. − Room was rather cluttered with useless furniture, no table and chairs to sit down and eat. Bed was very soft. No parking is a major problem since reasonable parking is rather far to be convenient. Including parking fee and no breakfast included, it’s not a good value stay.
