Spacious place + I like the booking convenience of this place, easy to book and the host replies immediately. − The pool is dirty and looks like not well maintained. Not sure though of the cleaning schedule of the pool. Aircon doesn't cool enough and needs electric fan to make it a bit cooler. Would've appreciated if they turned on the aircon prior check-in considering it's really hot outside. Would be more convenient if they provided a pitcher and additional cooking utensils. A few stains and dirt in the toilet walls that could've easily removed during cleaning.

We love to be back and hopefully they have enough blankets next time + Place is very convenient,clean,good for the family group all aircon working good. − They didn’t provide enough blanket some of the bed no blanket as we needed specifically we have kids. Some of the property guards is not approachable. We love pool but it’s because it’s hot they don’t have shade.

Location is good if you’re heading to the airport or the makati CBD. However the apartment itself is quite disappointing + It was close to the airport where were headed. There’s also a massage parlor in the ground floor, perfect for your tired body. The water pressure is strong. − We arrived at 11pm, the bathroom was locked and no one can open it coz there was no maintenance guy available already. We have to go down the ground floor whenever we need to use the bathroom. It was only opened around 8am the following day. The a/c unit is not cooling, we have to request for an e-fan to supplement the a/c and even so the temperature inside the apartment is still uncomfortable. The entire apartment smells of moth balls - the white thing you put in cabinets to kill roaches, my asthma got triggered by it! There were roaches especially in the bathroom and kitchen sink.

+ A little big space! − My God! How come no soap or etc to that place! There is lots of cockroach too! Low aircon seems not working😕 too hot, not clean! Too nice at the pictures but not in person. Will be not book here again!

+ Good location, has car park available, has security personnel,and close to everything we need to go. Kids loved the outdoor pool. Overall, we'll book in again next time we're in town.

+ the room, the location,the pool... everything 🤣🤣 the room was spacious, the sofa is big as well, the bed, wow.. we slept early (hindi ako namahay).. the location is just near gil puyat lrt, mga 2-3 street lang ata.. may balcony din.. easy access sa check in kasi sasabihin mo lang sa guard ung room niyo.. naka prepare na yong key.. − yong sobrang aga pala ng close ng pool 8pm palang close na siya.. di na pwde mag swimming pero pede ka parin mag stay dun kung gusto mo lang mag picture picture... mas masarap sana mag swimming sa gabe kasi d mainit...

We have a great stay especially the guards are so helpful and nice. + Great location, especially if you have meetings in Makati. Everything we needed was conveniently nearby. The condo has a lot of potential, but it would benefit from better maintenance and upkeep. With a little more attention, it could be an excellent place to stay. − With a bit more maintenance and attention to detail, it could be an excellent place to stay. The bedding and towels may benefit from a refresh or upgrade, the overall cleanliness could be improved, and pest control could use a bit more attention.

Teleurstellend en vies. + Helemaal niets. Verschrikkelijk appartement. − Het ophalen van de sleutels is moeizaam, nachtwaker sprak geen Engels en wilde van onze paspoorten foto's maken met zijn privé telefoon. Het appartement is vies. Er was geen beddengoed. De schimmel staat in de gehele badkamer. De foto's op de site zijn overduidelijk van een ander appartement. Gewoon niet boeken en snel iets anders kiezen. Wij kwamen midden in de nacht aan en hebben direct een ander hotel geboekt. Alles beter dan dit verschrikkelijke appartement. Te belachelijk voor woorden dat dit aangeboden wordt op Booking.com. Nog lachwekkender is de "compensatie" die we van Booking kregen. €14 hele euro's maar liefst. Zowel de host als Booking.com moeten zich schamen.

Great location but you have to ok with some inconveniences + the location was great, staff was responsive and attentive − it’s an old property, there were small roaches and we had to get pest traps but it didn’t totally do away

Excellent value for money, very spacious for our family. + Very good size, comfortable beds, nice cold aircon. Good quality pillows. Nice pressure in the hot shower. Overall clean. − No adapter to the microwave, so we had to buy one. No chopping board.

Horroroso + En realidad, nada. No era lo que esperábamos. − Nada más llegar vimos cucarachas por la cocina, los armarios donde están los utensilios y el salón. La que gestiona el apartamento subió, limpio un mueble donde había multitud de ellas y ya está. Evidentemente había muchas más. Las sábanas estaban manchadas todas, algunas parecían manchas de sangre. No hay agua caliente. Un olor a humedad muy importante. Está claro que no está acondicionado para poder ser alquilado. Todo esto lo hemos reportado a booking, les hemos pedido que nos reubicaran y nos devolvieran el importe y no hemos recibido respuesta alguna.

+ La proprietaria è una truffatrice abbiamo prenotato due notti ma il secondo giorno è venuta la sicurezza chiedendo di pagare altri 3000 pesos di plus noi non abbiamo accettato e venuta la responsabile una brava persona che faceva solo il suo lavoro ha fatto la videochiamata alla proprietaria che ci ha dato che avevamo pagato solo una notte e nonostante ho mostrato la ricevuta del pagamento lei mi ha detto che in Italia paghiamo di più è quindi dovevamo pagare il doppio della cifra altrimenti dovevamo andare via noi non abbiamo accettato ed abbiamo detto che avremmo chiamato la polizia lei ha iniziato a gridare come una pazza isterica è dopo siamo andati via − Tutto la proprietaria è una truffatrice l'esperienza peggiore del mio soggiorno a Manila
