No breakfast served (only ham and cheese in the fridge) + Location − 1. We paid for breakfast included - the host told us it was « self-service », it basically consisted of old bread, and low costs super-market ham and cheese. The pack of cereals was empty. It’s a shame to call this a breakfast. At least have the decency to put it in a plate to make it look a bit better. 2. When we arrived, the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned. There was hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. 3. The rooms are quite noisy. It’s basically bedrooms in an apartments, nothing like other hostels we visited. It’s super noisy, we can hear people coughing and talking. Also the rooms are equipped with a door with a window, letting all the light come when someone open the light in the common areas.

Ren og enkel bevertning + Det var rent og sentralt. Lett å komme seg til alle severdighetene til fots. Det er et forholdsvis rolig nabolag. Viktig å dele at dette føles ikke som et reelt guesthouse, mer som en airbnb i en leilighet. Deler ett bad med inntil 3 andre rom. Det var kun en person per rom da jeg var der og det var aldri kø ved badet. Prisen var den høyeste jeg har betalt på hele min tur i Porto og omegn. Det kan nok være av ulike årsaker, men ikke noe annet som var rimeligere i området heller. Så etterspørselen er nok mye høyere enn tilbudet. Mange pilegrimer som har denne byen som stoppested når de går caminoen. Verten var veldig hyggelig, frokosten er enkel og er self service: ost,syltetøy, brød og kaffe. Men det er cafeer rett ved siden av som serverer mye forskjellig om man ønsker en litt mer spennende frokost.

+ The room had a great view of an antique church, which made the mornings really nice, especially since I was doing the Camino de Santiago, and it did provide a certain level of harmony. That being said, the room was also located at the top of the building, meaning it was super fresh at night and had lots of wind current to keep me from getting too warm. In addition, the room was also next to the bathroom, which made it even better. − The beds could have been a bit more comfortable; the mattresses were a bit too hard for my liking, but that is my opinion, since other people might prefer a stiffer mattress at night. The water was also a bit too cold when showering.

+ Breakfast was fruit, bread, cheese slices, meat cold cuts. There was cereal, milk and coffee/tea, yogurt. Everything a good breakfast should have. Having a fridge was great and kitchen was spacious − I didn’t like climbing up the stairs after having walked 30km but that’s life lol
