    Não recebi minhas milhas na LATAM. + Agilidade do check-in e check-out. − Falta de cabides, de material de banho (shampoo, sabonete), limitação de tomadas na mesa para trabalhar com computador. Não cumprimento no aviso à LATAM para acúmulo de milhas.

    Não compensou. − O ar condicionado não funcionou. Equipe foi ao quarto mas não resolveu o problema. Passamos a noite no calor. Cama ruim. Chuveiro não fechava, precisava desligar no registro. Pedi papel higiênico e não entregaram, o que tinha no banheiro estava sujo.
