Good place good location good value + Location and facilities − The room assigned to us was at the entrance of the place so every time people came in and out there was a lot of noise also the window was not tinted so we couldn’t open the curtains otherwise everybody would be able to see inside the room and when people were smoking outside all the smoke would come in so we couldn’t open the windows either

War schön, jedoch bin ich sehr enttäuscht von der unklaren Kommunikation vorher!!! + Reinigungsfachkräfte super hilfsbereit! Cooler Aufenthaltsraum und Dachtterrasse. − Die Kommunikation war sehr schlecht! Wir mussten durch ein Missverständnis 1000 Pesos mehr zahlen und sie wollten nicht mit sich reden lassen!

Bonito y con personal amable, pero con problemas importantes de insonorización + El lugar está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy atento. El espacio es bonito, se ve nuevo y las instalaciones en general son agradables. Tienen agua y café y una sala de estar muy acogedora. − Hubieron dos aspectos que afectaron bastante mi estancia. El primero es el aislamiento acústico. Se escucha claramente el ruido de la habitación de arriba, incluso las pisadas normales de los huéspedes. No se trataba de personas haciendo fiestas o generando ruido excesivo; son los sonidos cotidianos los que se transmiten con mucha facilidad, por lo que considero que la insonorización de las habitaciones es deficiente. Para alguien que busca descansar o necesita silencio para dormir, es un aspecto importante. La solución que me dieron fueron unos tapones para oídos, el personal fue muy amable y buscó apoyar en el tema pero el problema es estructural así que creo que para quien requiere silencio para dormir debe …

The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Period. + I loved EVERYTHING about it. I always come back to Escajal because honestly it’s my home away from home. The staff is super responsive and kind. Norma, one of the cleaning ladies is amazing and goes above and beyond. The cleanliness is impeccable. I’m super picky about things being clean so it means a lot to me. In the Double Suite Plus rooms, the amenities are great and the rooms are well equipped. The rooms are super comfy overall and there is a great set up for working. The windows open and the shades work really well. Not all of the rooms have these features, so it depends on what you need/prefer. None of the rooms have air conditioning but have fans, so wear loose/light pajamas and shorts to lounge in. There’s an OXXO on the corner. The location is obviously great. What else could you need. − The sheets (excluding the pillowcases, they are new) and towels could use replacing altogether — they’re well washed, just a little worn. But kn…
