Lovely hotel in a nice location + Lovely hotel with amazing facilities, they had lovely spa facilities however we were unable to use this due to the short period of time we were there. Location was really good, for going out shopping in the evening − There was two pools; one for children which was quite small for our 7 year old, and one pool for adults, which was too deep for our child. We felt the options for food could have been more varied. The hotel had a beach however we had to get a coach for this - the last coach was at 6pm (this is when the beach closes) and because there was only one service at this time, a lot of people had to stand We also had some issues with the shower water not being warm enough, however hotel staff did sort this out promptly

Stay way + Absolutely nothing − 1. Worst staff. Very rude 2. They dont clean unless you ask multiple times 3. No night stands 4. Worst bed ive been in my entire life 5. Tilted toilet seat 6. They charge for water bottles 7. Breakfast is very basic 8. Came in my room and went on the balcony to find it dirty with cigarette butts from previous visitor.

Very nice and very warm (AC function is limited) + Hotel was nice, stuff was helpful and pleasant. The pool was amazing. Breakfast average. − We were given only one room key card. Once we came to the room there was 38 degrees Celsius. We discovered that AC is not running while you are away and hotel stuff is reluctant to provide you with second card. They claimed that after 10-15 minutes room temperature will be normal. However, we needed to wait for like 2 hours to be able to exist there.

It swas very worthy for the price. Will recommend it. + It’s in a good location. The staff are nice and friendly. The food in the restaurant is nice with reasonable prices. We, and especially the kids, enjoyed the pool very much. We had a nice and memorable Turkish bath and massage with the whole family.

Misleading Hotel Review and Serious Hygiene Concerns − I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding our recent stay at the hotel. I believe the information and reviews presented on Booking.com were misleading and did not accurately reflect the condition of the accommodation or the level of service we experienced. When we arrived at the hotel, we were travelling with our children and carrying our luggage. The member of staff who initially served us was on the phone speaking to someone in Turkish for approximately 45 minutes while we were waiting. This was extremely frustrating and unprofessional, particularly as we had children with us and had already had a long journey. When he eventually spoke to us, he simply provided us with our room number and directed us to the room. When we entered the room, we were extremely shocked and upset by its condition. The room appeared not to have been properly cleaned. The bedsheets were stained, the towels were stained/unclean, and the toilet…

+ Das Personal war nett und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück war reichlich an Auswahl. Der Pool super. Das Spa-Angebot sehr in Ordnung und zu empfehlen. − Die Klimaanlage brauchte ewig, um das Zimmer in der 5. Etage zu kühlen, da wir eine zweite Zimmerkarte hatten, lief sie durch und schaffte es dann auf 27 Grad, in der letzten Nacht sogar noch drunter. Im Zimmer gibt es ein paar altersbedingte Schönheitsflecken, die aber in Ordnung sind.

Je recommande pour les familles. − La propreté de la chambre, du carrelage noir au sol très salissant et le nettoyage à notre arrivée Lesser a désiré sous les fauteuils les coins... Beaucoup de moustique la nuit sur le balcon, et il vide la piscine des enfants dans la rue devant l'hôtel sur la route pas très professionnel et quand on rentre on a les pieds mouiller attention à pas glisser a l'entrée... Un démarchage commercial tout les matins par le personnel avant de passer à la piscine c'était énervant à long terme je pense que si on en à envi nous prendrons rdv de nous mêmes... et le petit déjeuner tout les jours c'était la même chose.

An OK budget friendly family accommodation that could do better. + The flat itself was amazing. The pool, the spa, it's a good budget option for families and couples if you just need a good spacious flat to stay in while in Antalya. A huge shout out to Haji for being an amazing spa host as well as the Balinese masseuses. Very professional hammam spa treatment. − Here's the list: 1) Aside from Haji, although staff tried at times to be accommodating, I think they could be a bit more attentive. There was a language barrier at times so that might have added to it. But as an example, we asked for an extra bed cover, towel and shower gel (as the dispenser ran out) by flat phone, they provided that the storage room was closed but instead of saying they will write a note and handle it in the morning, they asked us to remind them instead 😆. 2) Although there was a breakfast buffet with high variety, the cleanliness could use improvement.
