Ευχάριστη διαμονή, εξαιρετική καθαριότητα, ευγενικό προσωπικό. + Πολύ ευγενικό προσωπικό, 24ωρη ρεσεψιόν, καθημερινός καθαρισμός του δωματίου. Ειδικά αυτό το τελευταίο ήταν υπέροχο. Κάθε μέρα γυρνούσαμε από τη βόλτα και βρίσκαμε καθαρό, τακτοποιημένο δωμάτιο, καινούριες πετσέτες, στρωμένο κρεβάτι. Με έκανε να σκεφτώ ότι πλέον θα κλείνω διαμονή μόνο σε ξενοδοχεία, όχι σε μεμονωμένα καταλύμματα χωρίς service. Η τοποθεσία ήταν σχετικά καλή, κοντά στο μπλε τζαμί και σε βασικές στάσεις λεωφορείων, τραμ κλπ με λίγο περπάτημα. Σημειώστε ότι η Πόλη έχει ανηφόρες και κατηφόρες, ευτυχώς όταν ήσουν κουρασμένος και έπρεπε να γυρίσεις στο δωμάτιο είχες την κατηφόρα. Πολύ βασικό ότι είναι πολύ κοντά στην αφετηρία του λεωφορείου που πάει απευθείας στο αεροδρόμιο, την τελευταία μέρα αυτό μας βοήθησε να προγραμματίσουμε τη μέρα μας και την αναχώρησή μας χωρίς άγχος. Μπορούσαμε να αφήσουμε τις βαλίτσες την ημέρα του check out, ενώ μας έκαναν και ένα δωράκι που το βρήκα πολύ ευγενικό. Στην τιμή είχε και…

+ Location, water pressure − Advertised as having a great view. Our view was towards the generator. Advertised as having soundproofed rooms. You could hear every conversation had outside and every call to prayer they had (be if day or night)

I would never stay there again. + Efe was welcoming. There was air con & mosquito nets on windows. It was quiet. Mattresses OK. White cotton sheets. Good shower. Clean. Wifi. Good location. − VERY smelly damp musty basement flat which made everything very smelly - all my clothes, my papers, my book, my suitcase, my bag. We avoided spending any time there. Free breakfast on day 1 was welcome but in a small & almost windowless room. The curtain fell off & they didn't fix it with a stopper to prevent it reoccurring. Awful pillows Suggestions: A table & 4 chairs to sit around. More than one bowl (which was plastic). A washing up sponge. A tea towel. Better lighting. Mattress protector please. Better pilllows. Provide 1 water bottle per day per person, not just on day 1.

+ Location good. Daily cleaning and bed sheets and towels changed. − Old needs updating. In one of the shower room th drainage was very bad was pool of dirty water takes ages to drain. That needs unblocked told reception they only cleaned it didn't unblock the drain

Excelente estadía en Estambul + Hotel atendido por sus dueños, muy limpio, muy bien ubicado, a pasos de AgiaSofía, de la mezquita azul y del palacio topkaki. A 3 o 4 cuadras de la línea de tranvía que conecta con los lugares más turísticos de Estambul. Los traslados al aeropuerto también los hicimos con ellos. Todo excelente. − Nada para comentar

we had a lovely experience and highly recommend Atam Suites to anyone visiting Istanbul. + ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful stay at Atam Suites! We had a really pleasant stay at Atam Suites. The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean, with daily housekeeping. The breakfast was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also great, within walking distance of Sultanahmet Square and with convenient public transport options nearby. The hotel also offered airport pick-up and drop-off services, which was a thoughtful added convenience. We especially appreciated their help with storing our luggage while we travelled to Cappadocia. Overall, we had a lovely experience and highly recommend Atam Suites to anyone visiting Istanbul.
