Great place! Great food and atmosphere. + I loved the age of the place. Pretty cool it was built in 949AD. The furnishings were awesome. Rooms were nice and I really liked the ac − That it was 1.5K from where everybody else was staying

Brutal decepción + La estructura del edificio − Ubicación laberíntica de la habitación. Se echó de menos que me acompañaran tras el chec-in. La señalización de la ubicación de las habitaciones es confusa y contradictoria. La atención del personal, correcta, sin más. Con el reclamo de dormir en un convento medieval, se ha exagerado en el no-mantenimiento ni comodidad de la habitación. Sillas incomodísimas, al igual que la cama. Limpieza, imagino que con el mismo reclamo "medieval", muy justita. Y el precio, por tanto, desorbitado. No volveré.

Los recuerdos no siempre son como pensabas + El claustro, el entorno y la iglesia y el personal de recepción que favoreció una habitación tranquila y silenciosa. − Las habitaciones son las derivadas de un antiguo monasterio con una restauración antigua, con muebles casi de celda monástica. El restaurante nunca volvería a él. Servicio del camarero poco amable, tampoco está allí para hacer amigos. Caro y la ventresca de atún con ajetes pasada de cocción y para olvidarla. Lo mejor las vigas del techo.

Mala experiencia y nula empatía − El 28 de julio de 2026, en la habitación donde nos alojábamos, el minibar empezó a echar humo con fuerte olor a quemado en cuanto volvimos a enchufar el interruptor de la regleta (después de haberlo apagado por la noche, tal y como indicaba el cartel que ellos mismos tienen puesto). Tuvimos que actuar de inmediato y desconectarlo para evitar males mayores, poniendo en riesgo nuestra integridad física. Para nuestra sorpresa, no se activó la alarma antihumo. Avisamos al hotel verbalmente, y también por mail, en el momento de devolver las tarjetas-llave, ya que nos íbamos esa misma mañana. Su respuesta, fría y burocrática, nos llegó por mail nada más entrar al coche: “tomamos nota de la avería” y “el compañero de mantenimiento ya ha procedido a efectuar los arreglos oportunos”. Ni una sola palabra de preocupación por el susto que pasamos ni el más mínimo gesto de disculpa o de agradecimiento por haber evitado un incendio. Al cabo de una semana les escr…

Authentic and Peaceful Stay in a Unique Setting + A really cool and authentic place with an interesting interior, located in a former monastery. You can also visit the church, which adds to the whole experience. The room was clean and spacious, and the area is very quiet and peaceful. I also really liked the location, the free parking for guests, and the convenience of having both a café and a restaurant on site. I didn’t try the restaurant, so I can’t comment on the food, but overall I felt the prices were a little high for the location. − The room felt a little less cozy than I expected, and there was no proper blanket — just a sheet. One thing I found particularly strange was the selection of toiletries. The hotel provides a shower cap and even a shaving kit with shaving cream, but no feminine hygiene products.
