+ The staff member at the front desk was really friendly and helpful, he helped us carry our luggage to our room Pretty good value for such a good location − There was some traffic noise Nowhere to hang damp towels

Great experience + The staff at the hotel were excellent. They stored our luggage for us on our early arrival. When we checked the desk clerk carried our luggage to our room for us. The next morning the same young man took luggage to the door fir us and called us an Uber. The room was okay fir a one night stay. Very clean and close to Victoria Station rail and tube. I would recommend this hotel. − Nothing.

Amazing location perfect for a base + Location couldn’t be better!! Friendly staff − Carpet a bit musty but got all the length of time I stay in a room I can work with that! Also I’m asthmatic & it posed no problem

Good morning hotel + La zona molto bella, tranquilla e raffinata,vicinissimo a Victoria station e underground e in una mezz'oretta si fa una bella passeggiata al Buchingham Palace oppure National Gallery. − I cuscini troppo alti,ma alla fine ci si addormenta.

For the price you could definitely find better accommodation. + Very good location as Victoria Coach Station and Victoria Train Station are both very close to walk. There is also a tube station nearby, as well as a bus stop with the 24-hour bus number 24 to get to Trafalgar Square or Oxford street very quickly. Several breakfast places are within walking distance, and many attractions are also easily reachable on foot. The staff was OK. − The place really needs a thorough cleaning and renovation. It was very dusty and hot in the room. We kept the window open, but there was hardly any airflow. The fan was covered in a thick layer of dust. Handprints on the wall. There was a cigarette burn hole in the duvet cover and another stain that I honestly didn’t even want to know what it was. 😃 Since we prefer a firmer mattress, the bed itself was comfortable for us. You also need to be aware that the room is VERY small. The bathroom and shower area is so tiny that you can sit on the toile…

Room was hot. Not worth the price for me, but it wasn't awful + The location of the hotel was good. Front desk staff were friendly. Toilet was clean. Very convenient access to the victoria train station − We booked very late so all the hotel prices in London were so high so this was all we could afford on the budget. The room was tiny but livable. The beds weren't the cleanest with some weird stuff on the sheets, no bedbugs though. There were no plug sockets anywhere near the bed and they were all in one corner of the room. The bathroom was ok but it was so tiny. The room we got was on the ground floor and it was so hot during the nights when we stayed in the summer that it was unbearable and we couldn't fully open the window onto the road because of safety issues. The room had one wall fan which was pretty weak and they had given us a tiny desk fan but there wasn't anywhere to plug it into. The hotel does not have a large trashcan anywhere so if you order food to the room on uber eat…
