Pleasant staff and helpful but needs updating and bedroom needs more facilities . + Staff are very helpful and pleasant − Needs re vamp very tired and shabby .not the best for disable access for bedrooms .and bedrooms .

it was good generally + staff in breakfast were xcellent as were you front of house staff. room was small but comfortable and clean. hotel itself showed signs of wear and tare − not enough choice for breakfast needed fruit, pastries and yoghurts and nore choice of cereal. also a choice of eggs would be better, eg poached scrambled etc

Very good value all round stay. + The room was basic but very adequate and for someone with knees that don't like stairs the lift was a godsend. The breakfast was very good value with the cooked food being done to order and was piping hot, not left under a heated for a long time. The staff in whatever job were very pleasant and polite. It isn't often you see every member of staff actually looking like they enjoy there job. I will be loohing to book next year. − It's not so much a complaint but a seperate chair would heve bee welcome in the room as people don't only want to sit down on the bed. Just a thought.

+ Location was handy, breakfast was lush. Most of the staff were amazing − Decor in the rooms could have been better, few things need fixing etc. Noises from other rooms were tedious due to plumbing.

Let down by the poor finish to the room, window badly fitted, bathroom in a poor condition, + main reception and bar area were good, check in was fine − Poor finish to the room, Breakfast, no choice of sugar and toast. Poor quality cereal and fruit juice.
