+ Nothing − Everything It was dirty, hazardous, and smelly. The staff not very welcoming

Good value for money. Thank you + Bathroom was good. Room and bedding was clean − No remote control for tv Room needs a lamp by the bed as well as the bright main ceiling light

Good and did the job. + Staff was lovely and location was perfect. − Room was fine apart from a couple of mattress stains also maybe a bit too soft. The hallway had bad damp on the ceiling and it smelled bad.

+ it did the job for a last minute booking. − the room door didn't lock from the inside, the carpet was very dirty. the chairs in the room had red stains on them and the other chairs had white stains on them... it was giving serious hostel vibes and you can hear absolutely everything from other rooms. when we went to check out the cleaners had just left bags on the stairs so we had to try and climb over them while holding all our bags.

+ The staff / receptionist were very friendly and helpful. It is very good value for money. The bathroom and bedroom was clean. There is a fridge in the hallways so that was handy too.

Rotten ! + Nothing rotten place rotten hospitality too. − Staff pure weird and no hospitality at all . Expect me to use towels for one week and no bed sheets clean for whole week, bed was kid size bed with screws half hanging out , bed was wobbling all over , springs were knackered and had poo stains all over bed duvet . Not fit for a dog . I paid for one week left one day early and couldn’t get money back !!

+ I liked the room a bit. − I didn't like the bedsheets, the pillow cases and duvet as they were rough on my skin and so didn't let me have a good sleep. Secondly, one of the pillow cases had a stain which was very off putting. Thirdly, there was no intercom system in the room for easy communication. Fourthly, the environment of the property was very dirty. It appeared clean on the website but very dirty in reality which was very disappointing. Lastly and very importantly, the hot/ cold water setting didn't work in the shower. It only produced hot water so that we had to wash ourselves by fetching water from the sink tap with a water bottle to wash ourselves in the shower room which was quite distressing.
