Immer wieder ein weiterer Aufenthalt + Tolle Lage. Fussläufig ist man in 20 Minuten am alten Hafen. Alternativ ist eine Bushaltestelle um die Ecke. Die Zimmer mit Meerblick sind super. Die Terrasse direkt am Meer zum Relaxen spitze

Nice location, good staff … unfortunately falls short on expectations + Lovely location in a quieter part, right on the water, easy to find on road parking for free nearby if there isn’t a rugby match on! The staff is also very friendly and attentive. Daily house keeping was excellent. − It felt like a basic hotel which has had a lick of paint and more importantly excellent marketing. The comfort room with balcony was very small and the bathroom was tiny, not even big enough to fully open the door (we’ve had bigger bathrooms at budget airport hotels). Unfortunately it didn’t quite justify its price. Overall, we were left feeling underwhelmed and disappointed as it missed almost all the marks that you’d expect for a hotel like this.

Beautiful location and comfy room + The views from the balcony were amazing and being able to have breakfast on the terrace in the morning sunshine was just perfect. We were able to check in early as our room was ready which was a nice surprise. It’s about a 25 minute walk into the centre along the seafront. − We had no issues at all

It was pleasant + The rooms were nice and clean. The hotel itself was brand new and parking was convenient. − Online there was a picture of a pool. There is no pool. The area was quite unsafe at night my boyfriend and me both were nearly robbed in the park nearby both at different times.

Schön, aber Luft nach oben + Die Lage mit dem Blick. Leider haben wir kein Zimmer mehr zum Meer bekommen. Wir konnten diesen tollen Blick aber von der Hotelterrasse genießen. Das Frühstück auf der Hotelterrasse. − Neben dem Hotel ist eine Klinik. Da unser Zimmer zur Landseite lag, haben wir durchgängig die Klimaanlage gehört. Das Personal könnte engagierter und freundlicher sein.

Short stay to watch the sun & sea + Great location overlooking the sea and a short walk into the town. Parking provided. Staff very welcoming and check in seem less especially when room was available very early. Would only book a balcony sea view as great to sit and watch the sail boats and changing tides. − Had read previous reviews regarding lack of hot water and flies at breakfast, thinking that such issues would have been addressed. Sadly this was not the case, we managed showers with warm water, the rooms were small but beds extremely comfortable. The Breakfast was disappointing as over the fresh fruit, no covering and this attracted lots of fruit flies which were really off putting, just a simple covering could have prevented this and other guests did raise this also. Additionally addressing the value for money the extra costs of €20 per night did seem excessive. No access to the sea due to it being tidal and sand bank/rocks, not very appealing but beach not far to walk.

Hip ingericht zonnig hotel met prachtig terras aan zee! + De ligging aan zee en op fiets en loopafstand van La Rochelle , daarnaast heeft het een prachtig terras aan zee , parkeergarage onder het hotel, wel reserveren! − Kamer erg klein , stond nog 1 persoons bed en naast 2 persoonsbed, was veel te vol, badkamer ook erg klein
