Get what you you pay for. + Convince − It’s in the ghetto, someone got beat up and bleeding all over. Scared the family.

+ Liked the breakfast, we had sausage and eggs. − The price of the shuttle to the Long Beach Pier, when we stayed in San Diego the shuttle was free you could just tip the driver, which we did.

It was ok. + Many reviews said how comfy the beds were and the beds were very nice. But the floor is definitely needed a mopping and things could’ve been cleaner as far as the floors and smudges and stuff on the walls, but it was a comfy stay. The staff was very nice. − Location

I was ok but the pictures didn't show that the rooms were outside walk ins + breakfast − breakfast area was small

+ Friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Fairly quiet room. No smells so that was good. Decent breakfast had sausages and eggs. Waffles. Muffins. Juice. Etc. I was happy staying here and saving a bit of money compared to some other hotels. Air conditioning was good. I would gladly stay here again. − It's an older building and could use a bit of renovating like some fresh paint and a little work on the balcony as it had some soft spots. The bathroom airvent wasn't working upon arrival but they replaced it with a new one. And the fridge wasn't working at first but they quickly fixed that too. So that was good of them.
