Excellent hotel with good access to city + We stayed at this hotel twice during the World Cup. While slightly out of the city, it's well connected to central Boston from the Wellington station, which is a short walk through a covered walkway. Takes about 20-25 minutes including the walk to back bay. On our second visit we also used the car park at the hotel which is reasonably priced. They have a combination of a few spaces shared with the hotel next door and the ability to validate tickets from the car park across the road. The hotel itself is very modern, clean and comfortable with good facilities including a bar, pool and gym. However, the pool is tiny only a few metres long. The breakfast restaurant is really good quality and consists of a decent cold buffet with very fresh items and then a freshly cooked hot option. The hot options are all egg based though which may not suit some. The rooms have a good amount of space with a very handy bench to put 2-3 cases on. I'd say the on…

Nice hotel in North Boston with great breakfast. + The breakfast was excellet, with a lot of good and healthy food. The staff Jacqueline was extremely helpful and friendly. − The poor service in replying to my emails, repeatedly, asking for an early check-in. After sending 2-3 emails with no reply, I had to call the front desk who then helped me and made an observation about my early check-in request. This lack of response is not acceptable.

+ Very easy access to MBTA (Orange Line - Wellington - 5 min walk over footbridge), small selection of restaurant nearby. Good selection of meals for breakfast. − The Destination Market fee ($25/day) is a bit confusing but in the end if you do not use it to purchase snacks or drinks at the bar, this will be counted as credit towards your bill.

Never again − Several lights broken, irreversible. Electrical cables gor dysfunctional lights not connected. Loud, ripping of with additional 25 dollar daily fee next to vety expensive daily rate.
