+ Very clean and friendly service. The pool is nice hot tub jets could use some work. Breakfast is yummy. Honestly one of the best hotels in our town been there twice now with my kids they love it there. − Hot tub jets

Very Good. + Breakfast was great. Best selection and taste of all other places we have stayed in recently. − We left our room late the first day, (1.00 PM) so our room never got cleaned, but they did bring a new set of towels when we arrived back at 8.00 PM after I called the front desk. No big deal.

It keeps the tone positive while honestly mentioning the issue and how well the staff handled it. Hotel Review I had a great stay overall. The hotel was very clean and had nice amenities. One issue we noticed when we first arrived was that our room door had a visible gap along the edge, making it possible to see into the room from outside. We brought it to the staff's attention, and they were extremely helpful and professional. They immediately offered to change our room without any hesitation. The customer service was excellent, and the staff made sure we were comfortable right away. Their quick response and willingness to address the problem made a big difference. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, and I would definitely stay here again. − There's not enough handicap parking space. Only 2 spaces.

+ Check in was awesome. The guy was amazing. Signed me up for rewards was very easy. Fast and easy checking. Impressed. Love love love the bidet and heated toilet seat. Bed a clean and comfy. Very happy. Would have liked in room coffee but we survived 😀 − Breakfast. I was really looking forward too. But my husband went down at 830am said pans were empty and it was full of people. I went down as we left at 930. They were already putting things away. I had to ask for a plate. Empty bins. Eggs were gross and wet.

See above. + The breakfast options were great. Good location for the reason I was visiting. Very clean!! Very friendly staff. − The mattress/bed is very uncomfortable. There needs to be a fan in the bathroom.
