Hochpreisig aber sehr komfortabel und nahe am Stadtzentrum + Das Zimmer war mit einer Küche ausgestattet (Overkill für eine Nacht, aber für länger schöner Luxus). Das Bad war sehr schön, sauber, komfortabel, gutes Licht. Bett war sehr bequem, Zimmer zum Innenhof war sehr ruhig, und das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. − Bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse und Ausstattung würde ich erwarten das auf echtes Geschirr beim Frühstück gesetzt wird und nicht auf Wegwerf-Teller und -besteck und Becher gesetzt wird. Das finde ich ökologisch nicht vertretbar und steht im Widerspruch zu der „ökologischen Etikette“ die bei der Widernutzung von Handtüchern an den Tag gelegt wird.

+ Location . − We would not stay again due to our security deposit still not refunded after 10 days,there is nothing wrong with our banking facility ,as its visa international,they are just holding on to our deposit

I would not recommend + The room had kitchen − I arrived earlier than check in time. I called front desk but no one helped with entering underground parking. No one let me know when the check in was ready. I called front desk to ask about sofa bed but staff didn’t give me proper instructions how to make the bed so my son had to sleep without bed function. younger son got burned his finger at breakfast when he was making waffle . Staff was right behind but he didn’t offer any help, ex; ice or guided to washroom.

Will not stay there again + Location was excellent, room was clean, bed comfortable. − I believe I had reserved a standard room with 2 queen beds. They put me in a sweet with 1 king. I tried to get them to correct this but was told they had no rooms available. They tried to charge me for parking even though I paid for a package that included parking. The address and name of hotel are not clearly seen on the outside of the building. It was difficult to find.

It was a very pleasant experience. + The breakfast was amazing, as was dinner. The hotel staff was amazing and so helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
