Polecam + Basen, strefa relaksu, klasyczny stary klimat w budynku. Obiekt wyremontowany i urządzony ze smakiem − Brak stolików w pokoju, stolików przy łóżkach. Wykładzina dywanowa mogłaby być lepiej wyczyszczona.

+ Krásna budova − Interiér neohrabaný, všade po chodbách bol bordel. V izbe sa nedá regulovať klimatizácia.

Nič moc + Páčilo sa nám že bolo poupratané − Nepáčilo sa nám: Na raňajky sme radšej ani nešli kvôli cene. Ukázala nám teta raňajkový lístok či chceme a bolo tam napísané viac jedál a hovoril som si že to sa aj oplatí ale potom povedala že si môžme zvoliť iba JEDNO z toho za 12€ (napríklad párky). Taktiež kuchárka nám hovorila nech si nedávame palacinky hneď na siedmu ráno. A pritom ako sa pýtali či chceme do bazénu a odpovedal som nie, tak mi povedali že nech idem lebo by ma radi videli v plavkách. Objednali sme si izbu deluxe, no pripomenulo nám to skôr jak nejakú komoru. Kamarátka platila iba o 10 eur viac a mala 3x väčšiu izbu. Písali že izba má výhľad na bazén, je tam výhľad maximalne na stenu. Na fotkách boli 2x väčšie telky. Taktiež skriňa tam bola úzka veľmi Kanvica... to bola najmenšia kanvica akú som v živote videl. V sprche tam bol šampón... ale to bola iba flaša šampónu a vnútri bolo mydlo na ruky.

Problem with aircon solved even in late night. − Without prior notice or any information provided, the pool was closed because it was "out of season"—at the end of June. The air conditioning was dirty, there was no table in the room, and the kids' playground was in bad condition.

+ Upratane, cisto, pohodlna postel, mila obsluha. − Ranajky 12 eur a treba si vybrat konkretne - leco, parky, vajicka atd… V okoli bez auta ziadne normalne stravovanie a pri bazene 10 eur za nugety a vyprazany syr… Popraskana dlazba pri bazene.

+ unglaublich schönes Hotel, ganz besonders von innen. Der Pool ist grosszügig, wird von vielen Locals als eine Art "Badi" genutzt. − Trotz Buchung über Booking hat irgendwas nicht geklappt beim Einchecken. Die Dame am Checkin war hilfsbereit und konstruktiv. ein Herr (ihr Chef?) hat uns das Gefühl gegeben nicht willkommen zu sein...

− Der Hotelbesitzer hat von uns 15€ extra für unser Kind verlangt, obwohl über Booking ausdrücklich stand, Kinder kostenfrei. Kommunikation fast unmöglich, da er weder deutsch noch englisch sprach. Mit Übersetzungsprogramm sagte er, da sei Booking Schuld und wir müssen 15€ zusätzlich bezahlen. Insgesamt dauerte der Check-In fast 45 Minuten. Eine Stunde später hat der Besitzer dies auf Booking geändert (bis heute) und Kinder sind nun kostenpflichtig und nicht mehr frei. Sorry aber so etwas geht gar nicht!!!!!
