Good for 1 night since it's cheap related to other accomodation. + The location isn't bad, even if they sell "ocean view" rooms which are in fact on a second line to the ocean. − The room is very big and almost empty, very cold, and with strange noises ion the walls at night.

Excellent + The host was exceptionally friendly and accommodating. He assisted us with parking the vehicle and kindly helped carry our luggage. As we had to depart early in the morning, he even offered to prepare breakfast for us in advance. − Nothing

+ Staff is very friendly and helpful.. Had my daughter farewell pics taken there. Beautiful place. There was just a very unfriendly guest that also had their son matric farewell there. And didn't wanted us to take pics at certain places as they booked.. I did find that very strange and upsetting as why be rude if you not even using the space or not really taking pics.. That was the only thing but further then that everything was 10/10 The 2 x managers was really very helpful and excellent service

Sunning rooms, Amazing bathrooms, friendly staff, awesome breakfast. + First of all, the rooms were huge. The bed and lounge suite were so comfortable But the bathroom was amazing. The shower was 2.5m x 2.5m - amazing shower pressure. The hath was nice and big. Really one of the best rooms I have stayed in. The breakfast was amazing - one of the best omelettes I have ever had. The staff were great - friend and accommodating! Special mention to the decor and the - really stunning

Weekend stay + The staff are exceptional The rooms are very spacious with a lounge area which is a treat. The bathroom was good. The breakfast was hearty and delicious − Birds living on the roof were noisy and disruptive Door to the balcony did not lock and felt unsafe The wifi connection was very weak and barely worked There are minor incomplete aspects like: blinds in the bathroom for complete privacy, lighting at night is poorly designed and there was only one working bedside lamp.

Horrible + Nothing − Everything, Towels were smelly, No soap in the showers, only 1 towel in the room, verandah very dirty etc, I stayed 1 night because it was a horrible experience and they didn't even want to give my 2 nd nights monies back.

It was good. + The hotel was in fantastic location. I could see the ocean right from the hotel. Location in general was perfect for where I needed to be. Close to shops, airport and the beach. Breakfast was very good. − I didn't like the lack of staff visibility at reception. When I arrived, I had no way of calling for someone or ringing a bell of some kind. They always seem to hide in the back office and check the security cameras to see if anyone is at the front. I also went out in the afternoon and when I came back, had difficulty getting back into the hotel. the front door was locked and it seems the 3 bell buttons didn't work well so I had to call a number from my booking info to get someone to open the door for me. Again, due to also no one being at reception that could have had direct visibility of the entrance. When I wanted to put my rental car in secure parking, I had trouble getting someone again at reception. They saw me on the cameras and buzzed the front door …
