An unacceptable, disrespectful and unprofessional behavior from the personnel not providing me with the invoice for my s + The location is good, right on the central street. Good for those who want to experience the vibrant spots of Napoli. And that’s about it. − Everything inside the room needed fixing. Many spots marked, other scratched. It looks like it was renovated recently but it is not well taken care of. I had the worst experience I’ve had concerning the invoice for my stay. I had informed them, asked repeatedly, sent emails, called multiple times. So many times on the phone, that promised “they’d send it right away”. Never did. It makes me doubt the legal validity of the business. It is sad that booking did not intervene. Really unprofessional and unacceptable.

Grazie Napoli 💙 + Soggiorno davvero impeccabile! La struttura ha superato le nostre aspettative: camera spaziosa, curata e comodissima, con un letto super confortevole e cuscini in memory che ci hanno fatto riposare benissimo. Una menzione speciale merita il bagno, davvero enorme e bellissimo: comodissimi i due lavabi e fantastica la doccia, ampia e dotata anche di getto a cascata. Una vera coccola dopo una giornata trascorsa in giro per Napoli! Anche la posizione è perfetta: zona tranquilla pur essendo in pieno centro, a due passi praticamente da tutto ciò che può servire e comodissima per visitare la città. Ma ciò che ha reso il soggiorno ancora più piacevole è stata la gentilezza di tutto il personale. Dalla reception alla signora che si occupava delle pulizie, abbiamo trovato sempre persone educate, cordiali e disponibili. Central location + Nice and central ….. big rooms − Reception not always manned had to wait 30 mins for someone to pitch up to give me the key. Left early in the morning so no where to leave the key … so just left it in the room and shut the door

Only stayed one night as was in town for the Arsenal v Napoli game + Local to port − Having a small wooden door way to duck under when entering property from the street as I hit my head on it. The plug sockets are not fixed properly in bathroom
