+ The location. It is central − First of all, they only show 2–3 beautiful rooms on their Booking.com page, while the actual room looks terrible: old, dirty, dark, and uncomfortable. The bathroom was not clean at all and had a foul, moldy stench, and the couch clearly had its best days far behind it. I would call this blatant false advertising; they should honestly be removed from Booking.com. We were just lucky we only had to stay for two nights. Also, if there is a kitchen, at least leave some salt. A bit of pepper and oil wouldn't hurt either. Every other apartment we've stayed in across countless trips has managed that.

Bello ma poco curato nei dettagli + Posizione centralissima, appartamento in un ottimo contesto signorile, luminoso e silenzioso. Spazi adeguati per 2 persone, accettabili anche per 3 persone. − Scarsa attenzione all'ospite (non c'era la bottiglia d'acqua di benvenuto, non c'erano tovaglioli di carta, solo 2 piccoli saponi x il viso e le mani e un dosatore nella la doccia ma non sapevi se era shampoo o bagno-doccia). Divano letto con materasso sfondato e consumato (inutilizzabile!). Prese della corrente dove potevi inserire o il caricabatterie o il lumino (una ciabatta, in fondo, costa pochissimo). Mobili e sedie vecchi (decisamente diversi da come appaiono nelle foto).

Une ville fantastique. + L'emplacement et le patio − Quelques produits de base (sel, poivre, liquide vaisselle...) auraient été les bienvenus, une bouteille d'eau par exemple!!! Les contacts très froids avec nos hôtes....

Great Stay! + Excellent instructions on how to get to the address and how to access the front door with code and keys to the apartment! Appreciated the detailed texts! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, a/c worked great, bed was comfortable- nice sheets, pillows, blankets!! Also, bathroom towels were large...Would definitely stay there again when in Sevilla. Great location with restaurants around and quick taxi to the train station! − Having to give an email for a child...should be able to all check in under 1 email address. And would be nice to have shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom.
