Would stay again + Friendly staff, spotless room. Nice touches like a fan and mini fridge with complimentary soft drinks. Short 10-15 minute walk into Whitby centre. − 10am check out felt a bit rushed.

Great place to stay. Very easy check in and on site parking. Great location as close to everything. + Location was excellent. Free parking on site was brilliant. Drinks in fridge and porridge and biscuits were a lovely touch and Very much appreciated. Clean towels provided along with extra drinks after 2 days was great. Lovely room with plenty of storage. − Unfortunately I did not sleep well as the Mattress was quite uncomfortable with open coil springs that could be felt and were noisy . No support at edge of mattress. My partner however, slept fine so I just must be more sensitive.

Wonderful whisk away to Whitby + Very spacious and well kept property. Very clean and welcoming. Lovely to have parking included and the hotel itself in a convenient location. Only a 5-10 minute walk to Whitby. Nice touches with the stocked mini-fridge and food within the room. Bathroom was well equipped with necessities. − The mattress was slightly too soft for our liking; this was the consensus making the group booking. Some of our group mentioned feeling springs? However, this didn’t impact our sleep as we were exhausted from a day of exploring and walking. The water temperature in the shower in one of our rooms was very hot and was difficult to change. This was passed onto the staff who said they would report it/pass it on which was nice to know.

A very pleasant relaxed stay. + Comfortable well furnished room in a fine old Whitby house with rather magnificent deeply carpeted stair cases. The room has excellent bathroom facilities. Nice little fridge with various soft drinks and water. Plenty of coffee, tea and fruit tea drinks plus bonus of a couple of instant porridges. Excellent free parking facilities for my car. − The walk up the hill whilst great exercise is hard on the knees when one is older.

+ The room was clean, comfortable and spacious with fridge. Nice extra touches with pots of porridge and cold drinks, tea, coffee , and biscuits. Onsite parking was a bonus . All you need for a pleasant, comfortable few days away. − Whilst location was a short walk into centre it was at the top of very steep prospect hill though not ideal we got round it with taxis back which were reasonable price but bus would of been an option also so it didn't put us off and we would stay there again.

We only stayed for one night but wish we’d booked for more had a excellent night sleep room was spotless and the lady we + Lovely back garden and seating area spacious room and just the little extras in the fridge fizzy pop and drinks for children tea and coffee biscuits everything laid on impressed − Nothing it was perfect. Had a lovely stay beds really comfortable.
