Séjour londonien merveilleux ! + Hôtel très très propre, super bien situé et personnel qui répond à la moindre demande. Top ! Nous avons apprécié de pouvoir dîner en chambre tard le soir.

Great stay! + Great location near the underground with lots of restaurants and a market nearby. The room was clean and comfy. It’s right above the pub and noise was not a problem. Also loved the stylish renovation of the building.

Great value, great location 100% recommend + Location is brilliant 50 yards from Ladbroke Grove station. staff were really helpful. Above a pub but you can’t hear anything in the room. Room is modern. − The coffee machine hasn’t been cleaned there was floating bits inside the water, put us off using it but that didn’t have any effect on our opinion of the place still loved our stay

Do not stay at this hotel if you require any sleep + Nothing − The noise at this hotel is ridiculous. I did not sleep one bit After calling multiple times and emailing. The kitchen is right under neath the rooms and the staff have no consideration for the hotel guests clashing and banging plates. Vocally being loud. I complained and nothing happened was told the kitchen was shut and had to then go downstairs again ro inform the noise was still deafening. It’s a Monday evening. The hotel is expensive and noise within the hotel from the staff isn’t okay. Then the staff members finished shifts and what sounded like outside my room till early hours talking loudly. Once again nothing was done and was told it wasn’t them when it clearly was as I recognised faces. Absolutely would never stay here again

Comfy and clean room + Room looked great, bed was comfortable. Easy access for out of hours via keypad. Air con! − The cost was a tad high for me, but I was still happy with what I got.

The pub atmosphere was great and convenient location for what I needed. + The staff were lovely, incredibly friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was a nice size. − At midnight, the music went incredibly loud for about 30 minutes, I don't know whether it was when the pub was on clean down but it was intrusively loud.

Ideal location for Notting Hill area + So central in Notting Hill . Beautiful pub on the corner short walk to centre of Notting Hill and minutes to the underground . Rooms were amazing modern with every facility needed . Air con a dream − Nothing

Good location, not so good hotel + The hotel was a few steps away from Ladbroke Grove which was really handy. Short walk away from Notting Hill which is the reason we booked the hotel. The room was small but clean. − The hotel is above a pub, there is no hotel reception, you just have to walk into the pub and to the bar. We didn’t see any staff other than to check in throughout our stay. The worst part of our experience was how loud it was at night. The pub had extremely loud music playing until gone 12am which was so loud there was no way we could get to sleep. Previous reviews mentions that they cannot hear the pub but that certainly wasn’t our experience.

Lovely stay but if you are noise sensitive, ask for the room at the back + The room was exceptionally clean, bed extremely comfortable and the staff/service (didn’t get the ladies name) impeccable. Thank you. − Whist I was aware of the location being on the busy road, the noise from the traffic was quite loud all through the night.

Fijne kamer centraal in Notting Hill dichtbij metro + Fijne kamer met heerlijk bed centraal gelegen in Notting Hill. Heel dichtbij de metro dus gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Schone badkamer. Aparte ingang naar de hotelkamers wat praktisch was wanneer de ondergelegen pub vol was vanwege sportwedstrijden.

Un locale peculiare e divertente + È una sistemazione tipica e il personale è stato sempre molto attento e disponibile. E avere il pub sotto per un drink prima di dormire.. non ha prezzo :)

Not good + The images online − Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at this hotel and would not stay here again. The noise levels were extremely disruptive throughout my stay. I could hear people smashing doors and being very loud, making it difficult to relax or get any proper sleep. There was also significant noise from around 7:30am which added to the disturbance. The bed was uncomfortable and constantly creaked whenever I moved. The pillows and duvet also felt very old and worn out. The duvet was far too warm, which made sleeping even more uncomfortable. The room was also extremely hot, even with the air conditioning on and the window open. Overall, the combination of excessive noise, an uncomfortable bed, old bedding, and an overheated room made for a very unpleasant stay. Unfortunately, this was not the comfortable and relaxing hotel experience I expected.it was one of the worst nights stay I’ve had
