No geral, apesar do funcionário arrogante, boa + Localização próxima ao metrô e diversos bares e ao REWE, limpeza dos quartos e do banheiro, hóspedes no geral bastante respeitosos. − Normal ao chegar num lugar pela primeira vez, ainda mais cheio de escadas e cômodos, vc se confundir. Ao perceber que eu estava no lugar errado, um funcionário, de forma arrogante, prepotente e impaciente veio me chamar a atenção. Ainda saiu bufando e pronunciando palavras em alemão. Não sei seu nome e nem quero saber. Fiz questão de não cumprimenta-lo nos dias que tive o desprazer de revê-lo.

+ I liked the location and was surprised by the free small breakfast − Unfortunately, because of the behavior of the other guests in my room, I didn't get enough sleep and felt tired the whole day after. If I may suggest, having stricter “quiet time” rules would have improved my stay. For instance, “no talking in the room after 10pm” would have been great.

Convenient and comfortable, especially with the great self check-in and luggage storage, though pric + This was my second stay here, and the self check-in was a lifesaver since I arrived at 2AM after Gamescom. The room was clean and comfortable, and I really appreciated being able to store my luggage after check-out so I could walk around Düsseldorf unburdened before my train. − Prices were noticeably higher than my previous visit, though this was likely due to Gamescom driving up demand. The included breakfast was a nice touch, but it was quite basic, just toast with coffee or tea, so a few more options would be appreciated.
