+ Very good value for money. Perfectly clean, comfortable room. Great location, helpful host. − This is the first hotel I've stayed at that doesn't allow luggage storage.

We felt satisfied about our room, the location, the breakfast the host made for us etc... + We like breakfast that the host made. We also like the hostel location that nearby the famous places, such as Arakura Fuji Senqen Shrine, Fujiyoshida, Yamanashi Street. Most importantly, the host was very kind, polite and helpful woman. When we check-out, the host made a special gift for us, and wish good health ,good luck, and happiness for us. We felt surprises and touching, it's one of the memorable memories in our Japan trips. We will never forget this.

+ It's probably my favourite stay in Japan. Machiko-san is such a wonderful and nice host. I really appreciate the conversations we had and how she runs the hostel. It feels like home, it's clean and comfortable. I arrived by bicycle and i could park it under the roof, which was very nice. If i ever come back, i'll definitely stay here again.

+ Very clean and quiet, spacious room, good breakfast, very comfortable bed, pretty close to the station, most of all it's run by a wonderfully kind and nice lady.

+ Il y avait tout ce qu’il fallait. On avait notre petite chambre avec deux lit et un canapé lit. On est à 10min à pieds d’un arrêt de métro et à 7min d’un 7 eleven. Nous sommes plutôt satisfait de notre séjours. C’était parfait pour 2 nuits. − Beaucoup de règles très strictes. C’est bien parce que c’est ce qui permet que tout soit propre et bien silencieux mais en vacances c’est un peu pénible de devoir faire attention à tous les détails.

Prachtige hostel met lieve uitbaatster! + Wat een lieve dame baat dit hostel uit! Er staat wel dat er geen ontbijt is maar om 8u30 maakt deze lieve dame toch ontbijt voor je! We hadden een leuke babbel met haar en hopen dat ze nog veel klanten mag ontvangen. Vanuit de gezamenlijke badkamer is er prachtig zicht op mount fuji! De kamers zijn ruim en voorzien van alle comfort. Wij hadden de kamer voor drie personen. Prijs kwaliteit zit je hier echt top! Wij waren hier 4 nachten en zijn heel tevreden!

女将さんのお人柄と魅力が光るこちらのホステルは、心あたたまる交流が生まれる福々しい場所でした！ + (1) 他の方々が口コミに書かれている通り、女将さんのお人柄が素敵でした。宿泊客をとても気にかけてくださるので、いろいろな国の方たちから慕われているのだなと感じました。ただ甘いだけでなく、他の宿泊客が快適に過ごせるよう、ルールを守るように言うべきこともきちんと伝えてくださる姿により好感と信頼感が持てます。 (2) 施設は清掃が行き届いているだけでなく、和モダンなアンティークテイストで全体的にウキウキするような素敵な空間です。 (3) 他の宿泊客との交流もあり、今回共有スペースでご一緒したみなさんも素敵な方ばかりでした。 (4) 最寄駅の月江寺駅から徒歩6分程でアクセスも良好です。河口湖周辺は18時くらいでお店が閉まり始めるので、むしろ福家さんか月江寺駅周辺のお店で夕食をとる方がゆっくりできておいしいものがいただけると思いました。 (5) 朝食も女将さんはシンプルとおっしゃいますが、「朝はこういうのが食べたいな」というドンピシャのメニューで、とてもおいしくいただきました。
