+ La ubicación cerca de las dos terminales de Nara y la proximidad con el parque de Nara. − El servicio de desayuno había días que estaba muy congestionado y tenías que esperar hasta 15 a 20 min para ingresar. No era buffet.

+ ロビーに飾ってあった鹿や紅葉と、うちのコをいっしょに撮らせて頂いた。朝食も奈良の食材を使い美味。

夜のスタッフ以外は良かったです。 + ロケーションが良かった − クロネコヤマトのスーツケースの往復便を利用したので、夜スタッフに明日荷物の発送をお願いしたら、自分で電話して対応するように言われました。今まで他のホテルでは言われた事がなかったので、びっくりしました。 翌日早めに荷物をフロントに持って行き電話しようとしたら、朝のスタッフは気持ちよくホテルで対応してくれました。スタッフにより対応が違い困惑しました。
