Stay was ok. I probably would not stay at this hotel again + Cleanliness − Staff was not very friendly or helpful. Before booking we understood from ad there were shuttles to and fro. Game and there was not any.

Hotel needs an upgrade. + Did not eat breakfast. − The air conditioning was very loud and vibrated. There were no convenient plugs for our devises. The bathroom needed more towels. The shower needs a grab bar. The bathroom needs a fan or some way to keep the mirror from fogging during a shower. The clerk directed us to some steps to find our room, and didn’t suggest using an elevator to take up our luggage. When we were trying to determine where to go a staff person did show us and helped with the luggage.

Marlo was fantastic and helped us find another room after the first two were without air conditioning. She was patient, + Clean, updated and comfortable − Not enough parking. People had to double park and park in the grass. Terrible. There was even a fire truck that responded to an emergency and struggled to fit.

It was Pleasant , for never being there in Atlanta GA area! + Didn't eat breakfast at Hotel ! − Personally the Front Desk Associates Could be More Personalable ! Greeting Guests , Smiling , it wasn't till day before leaving that front desk 2 ladies were Very Greetable !! First Impressions Say Alot ! Being Friendly

Peaceful stay and lovely staff + The front desk was very kind and the space was airy and clean. − Some technical difficulties with the lock but the front desk helped address it immediately.

Although the staff was amazing, I was left disappointed + The staff was amazing. The property was nice and very clean. The check in process ran smoothly and very quickly. − The air conditioning in the room was too loud! Every time it kicked on it woke us up. The walls were too thin. I could hear other guests televisions. Once tge air conditioning kicked on you had to turn the volume up on your tv really loud. It was crazy. The pillows were too soft. The hotel provided complimentary shuttle to game. Well, we were dropped off at the Stake N Shake, had to cross a major highway and then walk two blocks to get to the game.

great location but not the best accomodations for our needs + location - excellent staff - excellent room - was fine − seating in room - not particularly comfortable handicapped/accessible - not great - room was at the very back of the property. logic would dictate an accessible room would be close tot he elevators or front doors. parking - pretty huge problem especially for handicapped. almost not available parking when arriving late in the evening bathroom - no vent or electric fan accessible shower made huge mess on floor due to curtain extending low enough and being situated outside the basin for the shower.
