A good place to spend the night while traveling + I liked the location. I enjoyed the breakfast. The ease of checking out. − The customer service could be better. There was no way to determine the channels on the TV. I had issues controlling the temperature of the room as well.

Bad attitude − The facilities are excellent and very clean. However, the lady who assisted us with check-in treated us very poorly. Everything was fine when we arrived, until I spoke to my husband in Spanish to ask him for the vehicle’s license plate number. From that moment on, her attitude toward us completely changed. She became very arrogant and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and disappointed.

Pleasant and comfortable + The breakfast was great. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and so spacious. And the bed was amazingly comfortable. We brought our pet and she was treated as great as we were.

It was fun and nice views + I loved the view, pool, and rooms. A lot of open space and very nice views and the pool is beautiful. − The elevator and the entrance. it was kinda hard to find the entrance but turn in to Krystal’s and you good. The elevator wasn’t too bad but it was small.
