+ The room, the view, beach, and pools were all amazing 👏 parking being included was also great and appreciated! We love this place. − Breakfast would be nice and a bar by the pool on the 5th floor would be great additions to the property.

Tolle Aussicht aber abgenutzte Ausstattung + Das Apartment hat einen wunderschönen Ausblick und die Lage bzw. Aussicht waren wirklich sehr schön. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch, dass bei Problemen schnell reagiert wurde. − Das Mobiliar war insgesamt schon sehr abgenutzt. Die Couch hatte deutliche Flecken und machte keinen sehr gepflegten Eindruck. Auch der Backofen war bei unserer Ankunft leider sehr dreckig und musste erst nach unserer Meldung gereinigt werden. Die Waschmaschine und der Trockner waren bereits sehr alt und leider auch nicht sauber bzw. nicht gereinigt. Insgesamt wäre hier eine gründlichere Reinigung und teilweise eine Erneuerung der Ausstattung (Küche, Nachttische im Schlafzimmer...) wünschenswert. Insgesamt hat das Apartment durch den schönen Ausblick und die schnelle Reaktion bei Problemen einige Pluspunkte. Beim Zustand und der Sauberkeit der Ausstattung besteht jedoch aus unserer Sicht noch deutlicher Verbesserungsbedarf.
