+ Very helpful staff, Ricky and Carl were so nice and gave loads of advice on places to see and things to do. The free use of the cruiser bikes was a highlight, we cycled to the Golden Gate bridge and took some great photos. And the heated pool was very welcome at the end of a long day sightseeing

Loved it. + The staff were fabulous. Simple breakfast but the quality of what was on offer was excellent - special call out for the pastries. Kids had a great time.

Tolle Lage, super für Familien + Das Hotel hat eine super Lage in einer schönen Gegend. Das Personal ist außergewöhlich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Es gibt einen Parkplatz, allerdings nicht genug Plätze für alle - wenn man spät kommt, kann es sein, dass man auf der Straße einen Platz suchen muss. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, allerdings sollte man eine Haube und eine Jacke mitnehmen - die Tische sind im Freien. Was grundsätzlich eine nette Atmosphäre macht, aber eben manchmal etwas frisch ist. Die Zimmer sind sauber, allerdings in die Jahre gekommen.

Nicht empfehlenswert, da viel zu laut und dafür viel zu teuer. − Das Zimmer war extrem laut. Sowohl innerhalb des Hotels (Fehlböden; dünne Wände), als auch von außen, da die Außenwände auch sehr dünn waren. Es war unmöglich, zu schlafen. Wir sind nach einer Nacht ausgezogen.

Séjour dans l'hôtel relativement correct, sans plus, si l'on se contente du minima. + Hôtel proche d'arrêts de bus, ce qui est bien. Parking intérieur pratique mais onéreux (50$/nuit). Le personnel très sympa et accueillant. Hôtel calme. − Pas de salle pour le petit déjeuner qui est à minima, on devait le prendre dans la cour sans protection contre les intempéries. Chambres et salle de bain petites et vieillotte qui auraient besoin d'un rafraîchissement.

We liked the location and the breakfast. The staff made it more pleasant. + It had great staff. Accommodating and friendly. − The pull out couch mattress was very very old. Seemed like it could be replaced easily. The cot mattress was terrible too. Concave.
